Ordered three lipsticks and an eyeshadow palette and received the completely wrong order. Emailed customer service who replied back quickly. After two weeks id heard nothing. Had to hassle daily through email/facebook/twitter and eventually got a reply. They did send me my original order but it took about a month in total to get it. Really put me off buying from the site again and now if I want to order Pat McGrath products it will not be directly but through a different retailer.

Ordered from them 3 times. Arrives within a week to the UK and usually without any major problems. Only thing is you have to remind them to dispatch your order sometimes…

Very slow delivery. Almost a month to Europe?!come on...

I have to agree with the others about their customer service. Although they responded rather early to my inquiries, they were unhelpful, unfortunately. I ordered online for the first time, and must say, probably the last time. The order took over a month to reach me. It did eventually. But extremely slowly. It did come from US to the EU. By airmail. I don't know whose fault it is, but the company chooses who they work with, so I hold them accountable. They're supposed to be a luxury brand, so i just expected more. Also, the fact that they don't have a comprehensive feedback system, makes me think that something is not right. You can only rate the products, which are not bad, so the feedback system leaves out a huge part of the experience. Steer clear of them. Or buy directly form sephora if you really want to try the products.

Worst customer service ever in the world. I have been chasing them almost daily and they don’t give a crap to even reply. They have 0 value for their customers. It has been more than a month since I placed my order but haven’t still got it. It’s too much of my patience now. Please think again to save your hard earned money before shopping from them

Pat Mcgrath customer service is brilliant. I have ordered from them 4 times now and delivery to UK was quick within a week. Customer Service helps out straight away if you need them. Highly recommend 👌

I’m confused it is my first time placing an order and after a few days received a cancellation email duo to out of stock despite still seeing the items on their website. I asked them about it and they said they hadn’t update their website which is strange. I would think a company like that would do better.

I'd not heard good things about Pat's customer service, but I've had four orders from this company now and each has been absolutely fine. Dispatch can be a little bit slow, but that personally doesn't bother me as I almost always order when there's a sale and expect them to be busier. Every order has been without incident except one. My latest order didn't move from customs for a couple of weeks. I got in touch with customer services and they sent out a replacement expedited. Can't fault their service here. They were very polite and responsive.
