So I ordered the eyeliner and a mascara. Adele made me buy the eyeliner to try as she mentioned it in an interview. Let me tell you, not only did it arrive after over a month but the mascara was nowhere to be seen. So i wait a bit longer and contact them- only to be told it was out of stock- excuse me? Now you're giving me a refund- after I contacted you- so I assume they were planning on keeping my money if I didn't contact them. The eyeliner is horrible- I don't know why anyone thinks it's any good, I regret paying so much for it- it's worse than some £5 liners I've had in my life. People who think it's any good need to try some more liners. It has bad precision, it smudges easily- just cheap. Never ordering again...

First time ordering from Pat McGrath Labs and I was full of anticipation and read the mostly negative/bad reviews here, after I ordered but before I received my order (in a timely fashion). I had NO problems. I ordered on 12/03/2021 and now in receipt of the best eyeshadow palette I've ever owned in my life on 12/13/21. No muss, no fuss. The mirror inside is beveled!!! The case alone was worth the money. I am astounded and pleased. Incredibly happy with the product itself, the packaging, also the shipping packaging was excellent and the time between order and receipt, excellent and it is Christmas time. Bravo Pat McGrath!

If I could give negative stars...I would. Cancelled both my orders......then nearly 2 weeks to inform me!! Have my money...bizzarely not forth coming. Why take order when you cannot fulfil??? AVOID ....Deserve to be out of business. Will NOT be shopping with them ever again!!!

I am always happy to receive my black boxes. Very surprised to see all the bad reviews here. C&Ss are always helpful and responsive (yes it may take a couple of days to receive an answer in some cases but it's makeup at the end of the day not a necessity) rectified any problems I may have had (smashed up palette, wrong item sent) in no time. The products are out of this world and I love every single piece I own (pretty much everything from the website), high quality makeup and lux experience. I couldn't recommend enough Pat's makeup I'm always excited to use and never disappointed from the beautiful packaging to the gorgeous shimmers and long lasting plush matte lipsticks.. I will continue to spend my hard earned cash whenever she releases new items because every single piece is like a work of art to me. 5* A+++ or whatever you want to call it, got sucked into Pat's world and I don't want to get out.

Dreadful purchase experience. Ordered in November and still waiting. Money taken from account but item still not dispatched. Emails are useless as they don't answer questions and ignore Instagram messages on their customer service account. For the price tag it's a disgrace.

Ordered an item more then 10 days ago. When i have contacted them they have told me that the item is out of stock! But it wasn’t when I have placed an order. Terrible service and will not recommend to anyone.

I ordered on November 19th and my order is still not delivered and tracking has not been updated for 4 days. I emailed the customer service agent and they called me by the wrong name and didn't answer my question. I just hope the makeup lives up to the hype (if it ever even arrives).

I ordered during black Friday deals. I ordered huetopian dream, a palette I have wanted for so long and that I could not excuse paying the full price on, so I waited for discounts. I finally got my hands on it and was so happy, I watched every review on youtube. I emailed customer service to ask when it's going to be dispatched after nearly 2 weeks. Just for them to tell me it's out of stock and I'll get a refund soon. Even though I got a confirmation email and money has been taken out of my account already. I am so heartbroken. Giving 2 stars as I did get a refund quickly so there is that. Guess I'll try again when it's back in stock and on sale again and maybe then I'll change my review. Edit. I ordered 3 times since and received the best eyeshadows I've ever used in my entire life. Pat McGrath products are incredible. Her mothership palettes are out of this world. Will be buying more. Not had issues with customer service or delivery since.
