Having a horrible experience with patmcgrath labs. Made an order on the 3rd of December, didn’t receive any emails confirming shipping, or shipping number. Got in touch with them and they’ve informed that they are having delays on the shipments and sent me a link from DHL where I can check the status of my shipment, however it does not work, so I can’t see when it’s coming along. When I finally managed to check it out, it is still in NYC - although they have hubs in the UK (it’s a british based company, so what the hell) meaning it will not arrive for Christmas. It is a 700 billion worth company and it can’t manage to work properly, I am very disappointed.

Would have rated 0 star if I could! I was trying to get some of their stuff for my girl on their official website, the payment was canceled but a refund has not been issued until now. It has been over 7 business days already. Sent them multiple emails and no response has been received. I have experienced canceled payment with other merchandise, none of them treated a customer like this. Most reviews are 1 star for a reason.

Purchased three weeks ago and NO communication regarding shipment or delivery. My items have still not arrived with no way of knowing when or if I’ll get them because no one is able to tell me anything about my orders! But you can bet they took my money straight away!

PLEASE PLEASE DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY , I placed an order for £334 in November , have sent emails to customer service & just receiving automated email saying they will get back to you … makes me sooo mad , seeing new emails every day about there wonderful offers …. Do not be fooled ,first time I ordered from this company & will never ever again . Very disappointing supposed to be a reputable .company , I’ve absolutely gutted . DONT ORDER

I order at 11/29 and 12/3 and both are not shipped yet...only a email it is delayed...but that is also 1 week ago... No reaction from customer care or on insta. This was the last time i order there!!

Pésimo servicio al cliente una marca de lujo como esta y tener este servicio hice mi pedido hace un mes de dos paletas de maquillaje fueron unos 200€ dicen que tardan 6/10 días máximo y va un mes y me llega después de 1 mes el paquete y oh sorpresa nisiquiera están las dos paletas que pedí me han enviado sólo una no sé por qué razón se han equivocado o les ha dado la gana de enviar por separado o no tenían stock en ese momento de mi paleta en fin …. Un fiasco total

I ordered an eyeshadow palette as a Christmas present for a friend. It arrived after 2 weeks and was completely wrecked, with shadows all over the delivery box. Made photos of the palette and shared them with the Pat McGrath support team. They 1) did not offer to resend the palette, 2) claimed they would refund the purchase price but only refunded a fraction, so I had to contact them once again, 3) did not offer any compensation as most of the other beauty brands would do. So in short: did not get the palette I paid for, had to beg to get my money back, and did not get more than a half-hearted "sorry" from the company. Really can't recommend the experience to anyone.

The most DISGUSTING company I’ve unfortunately ever purchased from, had I seen these reviews I’d never have bothered. Driver left my package on the door step and it’s gone missing. Pat McGrath unwilling to help and told me to go straight to the shipping company which I’ve had hundreds of problems doing. Ignoring my emails and deleted all my comments on the socials. Wouldn’t recommend ordering. Support a nicer brand. Have no idea if I’ll ever get my order, a reply or my money back. What a way to ruin Christmas 😂
