Jeff went above and beyond in assisting me with my custom order for my L shaped patio furniture. I was having trouble finding a way to order four bottom cushions and five back cushions (one of which was smaller due to the corner seat). I also wanted to increase the thickness and firmness of the cushions. Jeff had me send measurements and pictures of my furniture. He was extremely responsive and helpful. I was worried about submitting the wrong order, so he sent me links that said exactly what I needed and I just had to input quantity and credit card information and hit order. Great customer service. The cushions arrived yesterday and I love them. The quality is very nice. I would definitely use Patio HQ again. Thank you to Jeff.

Absolutely love my new cushions. They are even more comfortable than I expected and way more comfortable than the Ashley furniture cushions that came with our original set. They have zippers, made of Sunbrella, so I know they will last, and a very reasonable price… couldn’t be happier!

Outstanding customer provided by Jeff provided me with a custom round ottoman cushion in the sunbrella fabric that I had chosen for my lanai furniture. I was able to request that the zippered opening be placed on the side in order to allow the cushion to be flipped. The quality and workmanship of the cushion is outstanding and I am very happy that I chose PatioHQ.
