Wonderful Customer Service!
When I originally reached out to PatioHQ, HQ I thought it was gonna be difficult to get a reply for my cushion replacement from a discontinued that purchased at Macy’s furniture Gallery… But much to my surprise, Ken and the entire team has been outstanding in their response and resolution!! What a great company.

Great customer service
Great customer service. I was looking for a base for some chairs without knowing what brand/model they were. Emailed come pictures to PatioHQ and they were able to set me up and patiently answered several questions. Item arrived ahead of schedule as a bonus.
