Prompt and excellent customer service Top quality product!

The quality of the cushions and the delivery time were outstanding. I received them earlier than expected, well packed and exactly as advertised on website. We will see how they wear but so far very pleased with the overall experience.

Jeff returned my emails almost immediately and bent over backwards to make sure my delivery was accelerated - even during a holiday weekend. The customer service and quality of product is top shelf.

Good communication, fast shipping and great products

The cushions were beautifully made. They got the exact measurements and specifications that we requested. We are extremely satisfied with the quality and timeliness of the work.

Furniture arrived well packaged abs for the most part was easy to assemble. One screws hole was not drilled properly and took some time to remedy. The furniture is very comfortable and looks great.

Product arrives undamages and the communication between customer and corporation was excellent in updating me on the delivery schedule.

Forget 1 star rating I did not think P HQ had responded but they did. It went to spam. Please remove it. Thank you
