PatioHQReviews of patiohq.com

The staff at Patio HQ were very helpful and pleasant. They walked me through the process of making custom cushions (18) for my client. This is my second project with Patio HQ. I recommend them highly for their attention to the details, thoughtful responses to my questions, steering me in the right direction on design decisions helping to make it a successful project, not to mention the great pricing!

I ordered additional cushions for my patio furniture to complete the set. One of the cushions thickness was different than the cushions from the prior order. I contacted Jeff to get it corrected. He was responsive and sent me a new cushion within a week. I appreciate the hassle free customer service. I will continue to recommend your company.

The replacement cushions I ordered fit my furniture perfectly! Delivered when promised and boxed up very nice and neat. The only thing, I wished back cushions would have have been a little higher but wouldn’t keep me from purchasing again! Took me a long time to find cushions to fit my furniture.

Extremely easy to order correct sizes! Great Sunbrella quality and very fast shipping!

Excellent quality, arrived when expected, easy website.

The quality is outstanding and it was to me in a timely manner!

We had a very large order they did a great job for us everything worked and fit well.

There was a shipment problem and not all cushions arrived. Customer service was very good and a new shipment was organized quickly. High quality product that meets all expectations.
