I just received two well-made, custom-sized bench cushions. They also arrived surprisingly quickly for two different products (different fabrics and sizes). Recommend!
Response from PatioHQOct 22, 2026
We’re delighted you’re pleased with the quality and custom fit of your bench cushions! It’s wonderful to hear both cushions arrived sooner than expected, despite their different sizes and fabrics. We truly appreciate your recommendation and support!

I love the cushion and am amazed at the speed it arrives. My only complaint is the packaging as the wrinkles from being folded and shrink wrapped still haven’t fallen out.
Response from PatioHQOct 16, 2026

I do not know why this company hasn’t come up in my Google searches to save my outdoor patio furniture but up until now it has not. We invested a lot of money in our Brown and Jordan outdoor furniture and these custom sized cushions allowed for us to use the furniture for the first time in seven years. The amount of customization was amazing - the ease of ordering, the timeframe in which they were to come and the price cannot be beat. I was thrilled with the results and I will be using this company again.I highly recommend them.

We look forward to assisting you again in the future!

On 5/23/26 i stopped payment on my credit card because we passed the promised delivery date for patio hq order PT1000025310. The customer service said if I reverse that they could finish the order so I Did it was rebilled by chase and patio hq did nothing ie.the order stayed in status cancelled. When I reached out to Credit card (Chase) they said they can not help because on 6/26/2026 patio hq deposited the funds ($1071.24). I called customer service several more times and got an email acknowledging what has happened and promising a refund as of 10/2/2026 nothing and when I called back it like starting all over again they claim they have no email even though it came from them signed by “Sia D” and can’t seem to understand that after the stop there was-a rebill in which Chase returned the charge and which they collected on 6/26/2026. I have no funds and no product and an incompetent customer service dept Very frustrated Thank you John Gurrieri Your answer claims you won the dispute and kept the payment. Based on your customer service advice I withdrew the hold expecting a delivery instead they cancelled the order. It is now October and my need for that order is no longer present I stand by the fact you cancelled then collected the funds because I reversed the hold never delivered never refunded as promised and now want to make the delivery so much time has past I don’t need the covers anymore I made other arrangements. There was never a formsl credit card dispute that you claim you prevailed please tefund my charge Thank you John Gurrieri
