The measurements were accurate and got here ahead of schedule. The inside of the cushion looked a little sloppy, but we won't be seeing that, so it doesn't matter.

I wish I had found this company sooner. I had ordered patio cushions from another company and they kept getting back ordered. I canceled it when I discovered patio HQ. The order was delivered quickly and I was able to customize the size and fabric. My only disappointment is that the cushion insert was not a solid piece as I expected and as was pictured—it was a loose, fiber filling.

Thank you for your feedback, Maryann! We’re glad you enjoyed the customization options and quick delivery. We also appreciate your comments regarding the cushion insert and will share them with our team for consideration.

I wish I could rate customer service vs the product. I am thrilled with my custom lounge cushions. The quality is excellent and the cushions are thick and so comfortable! Unfortunately, my order was quite delayed and the excuse that the demand was unexpectedly high did not seem reasonable as I was placing the order early spring. It was difficult to talk with a customer service representative, but once I did, I did get my order quickly.

My cushions arrived a week later than the first shipping date, but well within a reasonable amount of time. They are as I expected and I love the material. That said, these are not super high quality custom cushions. You'd pay much more than PatioHQ prices for that. They are well made, the material is excellent and I am really pleased. I consider them a good value for the money. Will order from them again.

I've ordered five cushions and pillows. They came in on time, well packed in vacuumized plastic. Correct size and shape. Sawing quality is not perfect but ok. The only thing questionable is fabric quality. It feels relatively thin. Since samples were not available, I took a risk.

The company used good quality fabric, the turn around time was good for custom work from an Indian company, shipping was satisfactory. However, I’m not overjoyed with the waterfall edge I choose for my cushions’ edging. Perhaps the thickness of the cushion was not enough to fabricate flawlessly.
Response from PatioHQMay 26, 2026
Hi Pamela, Thank you for your feedback. We're pleased to hear that you were satisfied with the fabric quality, turnaround time, and shipping experience. We appreciate your comments regarding the waterfall edge finish. The final appearance can sometimes vary depending on the cushion thickness and overall construction, and your feedback is valuable as we continue to improve our products and processes. Thank you for choosing us for your custom cushions, and we hope to have the opportunity to serve you again in the future.

I placed an order Jan 19, 2026 for $2,300 worth of furniture, a sectional and chair. After asking for status updates and being told it would ship soon, on March 9, I received cushions only. Update (August 2026): I received all my custom made furniture, it took 7 months but the site is legit and the furniture is actually great quality. It took some pressuring emails to get things moving but happy with the furniture I received.
