UPDATE: Kenny at PatioHQ reached out and has made reparations. I expect to get my cushions in the right size soon. When that happens, I will update my review again! I still haven't received the correct size of cushions I ordered in April, 2023 (almost 5 months ago). I was told they would be here ASAP - so far I have received two sets that were the wrong size.

Although our furniture arrived with some shipping damage and a couple of missing parts, Patio HQ immediately shipped replacements and took care of this issue. For that I am impressed and would buy from then again.

Good experience. Item came earlier than expected. Item was of high quality, as pictured, for a great price. I bought the rest of the set from a department store and was pleased to see it matched perfectly.

Having difficulty ordering online, I received personalized attention by telephone. My order of 1 chaise lounge cushion came much sooner than expected and just in time for an outdoor event. I am happy with the color selection and the craftsmanship is fine. I would not hesitate to order from them again.

My cushions were made exactly as specified and look terrific.

Jeff and Kenny were most helpful from the start. There was an issue and it was resolved with no fuss. Truly a nice company. The cushions are beautifully made.
