Delivery was delayed and dates kept being promised by email that didn’t happen. There was never an explanation for the delay and after tracking the package found out it was shipping from India. Once I received the items the quality was very good.

So far a 1 but would give them a zero at this point Ordered 2 bench cushions end of March - supposed to ship aroundd the 21st April To date have not recd - keep saying they r in production and giving me bad shipping dates Disputing with credit card company These peeps are NOT getting my money

Customer service has been extremely poor. The order was late and to date, two cushions are still missing from the order. I wrote to request to know when they would be delivered or when a refund would be issued and no one has responded. I would not buy from this vendor ever again and would not recommend them to anyone I know.

Would never use this company don’t seem to care about there customers needs. Purchased cushions and paid extra for a specific day to be delivered never got an update on order never showed up on my delivery date. Customer service pretty much said it’s gonna be another week and a half to get them they would not let me cancel order.

I placed an order Jan 19, 2026 for $2,300 worth of furniture, a sectional and chair. After asking for status updates and being told it would ship soon, on March 9, I received cushions only. Update (August 2026): I received all my custom made furniture, it took 7 months but the site is legit and the furniture is actually great quality. It took some pressuring emails to get things moving but happy with the furniture I received.

I wish I could give 0 stars. Order delayed multiple weeks, no responses to customer service via chat or phone call (they didn't ever pick up -- DON'T WASTE YOUR TIME). I emailed and left messages in chat saying I needed the product by a certain date (it was originally promised to arrive weeks before the date). Nothing happened. I would not trust them to cancel or refund, nor would it be fair to make me jump through all the hoops to do so, I disputed the charge through the bank.

Order process was straightforward and easy. It took a while, but that is expected based them being custom sized cushions. They come from India, but were shipped FedEx and arrived quickly after they were completed. The company was communicative and I received status emails. The cushions are as expected in Sunbrella furniture. It fit perfectly and I'm happy with the results.

Had to cancel my $650 order after receiving multiple shipping dates that came and went. "I'm so sorry." Sorry for the inconvenience." They just give you another delivery date and apology. 1-800-MOVE-ON!! RESPONSE: Too little, too late. I moved on and found what I needed at AMAZON for $400 LESS, so THANK YOU! Stop lying to your customers! If it is going to take longer, then let the customer know that. I spoke with a supervisor. She did NOTHING for me but issue a refund. Again, stop lying to your customers.
