Me to them, after quotes provided, after back and forth emails (very delayed from him), after indication of wanting to place an order: "Will you please call me today. I am up against a deadline and I need to place the order today." 4 days later, no return email, no call. No problem, I just won't be giving them my business. Good luck with that Packlane.

We're truly sorry for the dissapointing experience you had with us. We are taking your concerns very seriously-- currently working to adjust our custom sales process and adding more reps to that team. Customer reviews play a vital role in guiding our improvement. The folks at packlane helped create beautiful product packaging in a tight timeline for our company. We had pretty strict brand guidelines and designs and the products arrived absolutely perfect. Karen in customer service helped us the entire way, answering any questions, providing updates, and checking in after deliver. Seriously some of the best customer service I've ever had from a company. I highly highly recommend them and can't wait to use them again!

We are sending out packages to some of our customers and wanted to customize that actual box itself. Packlane made it super easy for us to do that. When it seemed like the box would be severely delayed, Karen from customer service was great at acknowledging the inconvenience and went ahead and sped up the delivery timeframe at no cost to me. As a business, we not only look for great quality products, but the support needed to make it happen.

We are a small company that makes high end fly fishing reels. Packlane is the perfect match for us. Not only is the quality of their product excellent, the way you are able to see what your box looks like immediately is amazing. As a Graphic Designer, this is so important to me.

Thank you so much, Marianne! We really appreciate your review-- and also the photo you shared with us. By the way, our Marketing Manager let me know that we'll be posting the photo on our Facebook later this month!

They ended up with 2 stars simply because they did actually issue me a refund. They changed the text size in pre-press and never said a word to me, shipped it out and it looked terrible. Then blamed me for not reading the FAQ and putting a too small font on the cover (then why does your online tool support that font size?). Anyone for pre-press to production should've seen the left justified atrocity on the top of the box. But no, and no proof! They originally offered to refund the shipping amount (how generous!) Then when I pushed further, a discount on future orders. Ugh. no thanks. I got the feeling that this was a common enough occurrence that there was a script in place. the turnaround time was average but I've found better since and at a better price point. Try Arka instead. Great customer service that is highly available.
