Placing my order with Packlane was truly a seamless and enjoyable experience. From being able to adjust and customize the size of the package to seeing a dynamic and digital proof on my screen as I was designing the package, I was really blown away by their beautifully designed website and their simple UX. It was a great experience! And to top it all off they provided amazing customer service with quick responses and truly over the top help. I had originally placed my order for 170 packages. But I decided last min to increase my order to 500. So they took the time to cancel my old order and set up a new order for me, all I had to do was check out. Most companies I've ordered from made me go back through and do the whole process over again, which is just an inconvenience. It was just a very nice way to deal with the change in my order in this way. Regardless, I seriously can't wait to get these in my hands! I know my clients are going to be over the top impressed with these custom boxes. Thanks Packlane! I'll be back :)

I reached out to this company with concerns about when I could receive my custom packages. They responded within an hour and worked through the best options for me. The interface for designing your custom package is the best out there.

I was researching packaging providers for my subscription box and luckily came across packlane. There low minimums and amazing website were a blessing from above. As long as their customer service and delivery times stay just as awesome, I don't see why I'd get my packaging from anywhere else.
