Awful experience. I ordered a packing box. The box took a long time to get here. When it got here the image was pixelated and not usable. They are currently arguing with me about a refund. I had used the same image with another company and it printed well. Going back to that company (vistaprints) and never packlane again.

Needed a small test batch of branded boxes for our shop. Their team helped me adjust the proof twice without making it a hassle, and the print came out crisp and sturdy. Definitely reordering when our holiday drop goes live.

This company does not have their staff on the same page. In the unlikely event that you are able to place an order online and complete all the steps without human intervention you are probably ok. If you hit any kind of glitch customer support is useless. Even their "managers" provide very poor suupport. They constantly promise updates and "our team is working on this" when they aren't, and you will nto hear back (ever). There are way too many GOOD companies in the packaging space to waste your time with Packlane. I have placed 3 orders with Packlane and was trying to build my business with them, their poor (horrible) service has lead me to run for a competitor.

Purchased the Packlane mailers and they got crushed when shipping. Completely unusable and their customer service won't offer a meaningful refund. I don't recommend working with Packlane at all. Maybe these are nice if you're shipping locally or delivering in person, but I wouldn't recommend the mailers if you're shipping nationally.
