PacklaneReviews of packlane.com

I was very happy with the quality of the custom boxes I ordered from Packlane. I was expecting them to be just basic kraft corrugated cardboard that had been printed on, but instead there was a beautiful finish on the outside of the boxes, with a white interior. These served as the perfect vessel for glassware sets my company was gifting to some VIP's. The customer service was also fantastic. They were very responsive via email and were flexible about shipping in spite of it being the holiday season. Thanks Packlane!

Love the product and the fact that you are willing to get into all the details I drive you crazy with. Still some things that need to work out but I know you'll get there. 1.Time- hopefully could be done quicker. 2. Phone support- not just e-mails. 3. Coating issues on classic carton.

I was a little scared to try this at first. Then I realized that I could really design something that made sense, you know, from my imagination to the screen. Then with very little effort learned some advanced techniques and it really began to take form. I got my box to a place where I was happy and I then ordered a minimum number to see what would happen. About a week later they showed up to my front door. I opened the package and I was, and still am, delighted. I plan to do more at Packlane soon, because it was easy, fun, and I loved the results.

In the image of the boxes I created and approved,y boxes were dark yes, but you could see the logo, but when the boxes arrived, they were all black and you can't see the logo at all, so I paid all of this money for plain custom black boxes. Most companies would have contacted me or made adjustments following what they saw. It was a waste of money.

Packlane was extremely responsive, accommodating, and helpful throughout the entire order experience. They made sure we met our deadline and were so nice throughout the whole process. I can't wait to work with them again!

The best quality for the best price! Also, quick and efficient. A forever customer!!

We are a new company that just started out and decided to go with packlane for our mailer boxes. We will stay with them because they have great products and easy to work with. They will make sure your products are on time for you and your customers. Thank you Packlane!

In looking for a company to create custom boxes for my merchandise I found many restrictions due to the fact that I AM a small company. Packlane allowed me to order a minimum amount of boxes which was great for my budget. My main recommendation regarding Packlane is their willingness to go above and beyond to get me what I needed. There was some confusion regarding an order and my timeline became very tight. The team at Packlane came through, were always available with updates, and got my boxes to me on time. Would highly recommend working with them!
