love packlane + i've used it several times before! the process is mostly seemless. i did have one issue with the incorrect design files being used in the proof, however it was quickly resolved. the boxes came quickly + looked great! they could have been scored a little better (about half the boxes had weak scoring in some areas) - but printing was flawless.

Fast and easy. Design team was helpful. The hardest part was figuring out digital color vs printed color--but you'll experience that at just about any print shop. Wish we could insert Pantone codes for the most accuracy. But otherwise, easy to work with.

*** Update 2023-07-23 *** Packlane contacted me after 5 days and offered to correct the issue. They stated that they would also institute an acknowledgement response to support emails moving forward. I'm glad this was finally addressed and hopefully some additional QC will be put into the process as well. Given that they did finally address the issue to my satisfaction, I am raising this review from 1 star to 4 stars. My logic is 3 stars for timely delivery and a generally good product (sans the printing errors) - this is expected as a baseline. The ease of placing the initial order and the eventual customer care also deserves a star. The current lack of a support phone number, an automated support response system, and the delay in getting support justifies a one star hit. If/when the support issue is addressed, I will re-address the rating. Based on their recent response, I will consider using them again for future orders. *** Original review *** Over a 3rd of our boxes arrived incorrectly printed. Sent numerous emails, submitted their online support forms, and no response at all. Not even a 'got your message' type of response. NADA. Absolutely the worst customer support imaginable. We have been ordering from Packlane for years but after this latest experience you can be sure it will be our last order.

Customer service is quick to respond; helped me get tax exempt status; confirmed my order and proof. We did the rush production and shipping; they beat the expected delivery date.

As always, Packlane is easy to work with, fast and their finished product is of the highest quality. I swear my sales increase because of the beauty of the finished product they provide. I wish only I could actually SPEAK with a human being, but they are pretty quick to respond to emails.

Great user friendly website that makes it easy for a business owner to create their custom shipping boxes. Good response time from customer relations on issues pertaining to design. Great quality boxes and prints. A tad high on pricing but overall excellent.

Pack lane hoes well out of their way to insure you get a great product. They were very patient with mr during the designing stage. It is quite expensive but all in all it was a great investment and I loveeee the finished product.
