I would give Packlane all 5 stars if their website was a little clearer with the ordering process. I ordered blank boxes and selected that I would send a template - they didn't acknowledge same and sold me blank boxes. In the end and after much back and forth and the mention of bureau of better business they offered me a 10% discount and rushed my correct order which I ended up having to spend $100USD more for shipping because I was now WAAAY behind time

I'm a brand new start up (luxury leather accessories) with every cash flow concern that comes along with such a venture. But I needed really cool and special boxes...and I sent so many emails looking for suppliers, but they were quite reluctant to work with me because I needed to start with very small batches and I wanted a few different designs to create a better and more unique experience for my customers - but I had to spend thousands to even get on these companies' radars. Then I found Packlane, and I loved the idea and really hoped they turned out to be as great as they seemed. Since they were/are quite new, I was a little apprehensive - so I just bought 10 boxes at first to test the quality. I gotta say - I could not be happier with them. Honestly, they're even better than I was expecting! I got the white (not glossy - which they call dreamcoat) cardboard mailers, printed inside and out. I've been in touch with them dozens of times at this point for dielines (I changed sizes a couple of times! o_O) and random questions on the design and about samples and future orders, and every time the response has been quick and friendly and exactly what you'd expect what a well-run company with great people. I didn't get this kind of service from the companies quoting me thousands of dollars, and here Packlane is, knowing I'll continue to order only small batches for the near future, and they're treating me like their #1 customer. So all of that to say - I recommend them 100%, 5-stars, no reservations.

As a buyer, I am always nervous about using a new vendor the first time around. So I went into my first purchase with Packlane with some trepidation, which turned out to be totally unjustified. When I saw samples of some boxes that were printed by Packlane, my blood pressure dropped considerably and when my finished boxes were delivered ahead of the anticipated deadline, my breathing returned to normal! All of the customer service reps that I dealt with were friendly and helpful, especially Simone. My completed boxes are beautiful and just the size that we needed for our client. I will definitely use Packlane again!

I recommend Packlane for your custom box design. They have no set-up fee, no limit to the number of colors you can use, and you can completely customize the size of your box. The printing/design department will review your design prior to printing to be sure it is exactly what you want. They will check to be sure the resolution of any photos is high enough for a clear printed image and will check with you prior to production if anything in your design seems "off" and will offer ideas on how to solve the problem. Their customer service is top-notch and they are always friendly and helpful. I will be a returning customer.

Loved that I was able to design my own box. Loved the interactive box designing process -made it easy to pick demensions and envision what my box would look like. Process was very simple. Loved that the price was available to me immediately and I didn't have to wait around for a design or quote. Box is very durable and sturdy, perfect for shipping. I received the boxes exactly when they said I would. Not one single delay or surprise. I did A LOT of searching for custom boxes. NO other company allows you to design your own box and choose your own dimensions. And, best of all, you will NOT find a company with lower pricing. Did not encounter one single flaw throughout this entire process. Will definitely be ordering boxes from Packlane throughout the life of my business.

I wasn't sure about ordering custom designed boxes so I was very excited when I found Packlane and could start with a small order of just 10 boxes to test it out. I'm 100% satisfied with our order, the printing and quality are excellent! Another perk is that we can reorder quickly without having to go through the entire setup process again. Definitely a fan!

PackLane went above and beyond to get my order to me in a timely manner. In spite of a minor mechanical issue they did whatever they had to do in order for me to receive my boxes on time. I highly recommend them for all of your custom box needs. To my knowledge, they are the only company that offers online customization of your box design and sizing.
