PacklaneReviews of packlane.com

Packlane is my new favorite company for custom packaging! The design process is simple and allows great flexibility when uploading custom designs! I have also found that ordering in low quantities of 10 makes it so much easier. As a freelance filmmaker, this allows me to order more frequently and still create unique branding without having to buy in bulk!

All went so smoothly and we are thrilled with our order. Gorgeous and professional!

The print quality on the boxes is superb - very clean and they don't skimp on the ink. The customer service was exceptional, even for small orders. I placed a trial order for just 25 boxes, and when they didn't come out as expected, they were there to make things right. Will definitely be using Packlane for mailer boxes going forward.

This is the most impressive packaging I've ever received. The boxes fold faultlessly, are of high quality and the artwork is flawless. This is my only packaging store now.

The quality of the boxes is amazing! The price was very reasonable too. I would recommend Packlane to anyone!

Packlane worked with us directly and offered amazing customer service for our custom box orders. Above and beyond for our company goes a long way with us. Would highly recommend.

I am a marketing consultant working with a client, and I wanted to mock up some high-class dimensional direct mail packages for their consideration. I was going to go the "arts & crafts" route for mockups, but then I discovered Packlane. I was able to print a minimum quantity of just 10 boxes for my mockups. They look even better than I could have imagined, and I am sure my client will love them. Even better, if we decide to move forward with the full campaign, I already have Packlane as a source for printing them. Great experience overall.

I had a great experience order from Packlane. First, they had a standard price bump at the beginning of the month, and when I contact customer service to ask if that was why my price changed on my saved project, they said it was, but they would honor the original price from when I started my design (which was easy, by the way - but I wanted to get it just right)! The turn around was about what you could expect for a custom printed item and there were no issues with delivery, though they did come in multiple completely different shaped boxes - one which was awkward for a 5 ft tall woman to lug inside. =P The color was bit off from my preview, however they say this over and over again on their website that this may happen and how to take measures to avoid it. We're talking a minor small shade difference, though. I will order again when in need!
