This company has a great product, but their internal systems are so fouled up it makes doing business impossible. You cannot order multiple boxes on the same order, you need to go through customer service to do that. There are no white label services. I tried to reorder something, and could not do that via the website either. The design tool is buggy. The worst part is that they dont have a phone!! Yes - all communication is via email only. If you need a gift box for your birthday party - probably fine - but for business, go elsewhere.

I use Packlane for my hot sauce company and I cannot say enough. The quality assurance, the quick feedback, the extra help to ensure your product does not print in a low quality fashion.... I love it! Jeanne and her team are amazing! I will certainly be using Packlane moving forward.

Absolutely unbelievable customer service! Mike T. Was more than accommodating to make sure my custom packaging was printed with the best resolution possible since the files I uploaded originally were poor. I was not sure how to transfer my images to vectors and you guys took the wheel and made sure my entire custom box was going to come out like the design I created! Although I had to re-do a couple of image files, I was walked through the entire process and was contacted via telephone to discuss everything. Thank you Mike!!! I will definitely be using you all again and again and I will tell everyone about you guys! I am so beyond thrilled with the product and how it turned out! I’m a small business owner and this was HUGE for me! Thank you!!

Easy. Clean and simple. I like that Packlane handles small orders. I will definitely use them in the future. I also have passed this along to other friends who will definitely tap into this.

Excellent customer service! I'd mistakenly made a small design error when placing a graphic, but the proof team reached out to me to let me know why it might not be the best location, offering suggestions for better placement if I was open to changing the design. They could easily have just printed what I'd initially approved, but I'm so glad they didn't! The boxes look great and I can't wait to place my next order!
