How people can give a positive review is beyond me. They completely messed up our shipping deadline. They claimed some "production issues" and they were late for almost a week. The outer boxes are still not here. The quality is beyond hilarious. it's the cheapest packaging I've ever seen and the customer service is just non existent. They.Don't.Care!!!

I'm taking a gamble here. The online tool is buggy but after a few hours I was able to get it like I wanted. It all seems good right now but let's see how the boxes actually come out. Reading some negative reviews about pre-press changing type size, lack of customer service, bad colors. We do a lot of print so we know all about color changes and CYMK. We need this to be perfect and we need it quickly, so here we go! - here's a tip. Don't use the online tool for placing text if you have anything beyond basic text. Create an eps in Illustrator and upload it. You will pull your hair out after losing work 3 or 4 time when struggling to edit and move text. Create an eternal eps or vector graphic and upload. (5 min later) UPDATE 1: Got an error processing card. Was told to contact support with some sort of code. UPDATE 2 (next day): Support is email only. Not great but understandable and they were pretty responsive. After digging through the marketing speak with rep we got the info we needed and are moving forward. UPDATE 3 (second day): Received the proof via email. The email and chat support was actually quite responsive. We were able to get the print into production quickly with a few minor adjustments. Bumped review up to 4 stars. Will revisit when we receive the boxes. UPDATE 4 (arrival/unboxing): Well they arrived two days early:) The outside of the boxes are stunning. One damaged box but the rest in good shape. The text printing on the inside is a little fuzzy/blurry. Not the sharpest to read. Overall good experience.
