This is has been a great experience as usual. This was my 3rd order and I had some issues with resolution. Jeanne made me feel like I was her only customer. Very patient and answered in a timely fashion. The GIFs in the email calmed my frustration I was having with my artwork. Krista and Cameron stepped in after hours to answer me if Jeanne was away. Talk about team work! I know there are many options for mailers. I'm glad I chose this one!!! On to my next order!!! Thank you 😊

Perfect is an understatement! I had a few issues with my artwork and know NOTHING about files and different formats. Not only was the customer service from Jeanne AWESOME, it only took two emails to get it fixed and did not slow up my delivery time. Upon attempting to place my order ,I had issues with site that would not move to the next step after I entered my die line information. I contacted customer support ,had the privilege of getting Krista. She is AMAZING! I honestly felt like I was speaking with a family member; that's just how concerned ,helpful,and went beyond the beyond to help me,and not just with that, because after we got that squared away there was another issue with my images. Krista again was there every step of the way ,and we're talking about days of her checking the resends and letting me know what was wrong ,what needed to be done ( unfortunately my designer wasn't getting it right), sent examples, I mean when I say AMAZING ,I mean it from my core! I really could go on & on ,but I just end by saying this , I've had A LOT of customer service interactions in my life ,some good ,some bad, but Krista is by far shot right to number ONE! Whatever the company is paying her ,you NEED to triple it,promote her, or give some kind of amazing bonus,because she represented Pack lane as if she owned it ,if not better!😊 Thanks again Krista!!!!!

I’ve been working with Cameron for the past week and he has been so amazing! He was always very patient, understanding, and professional. This was my first time purchasing custom boxes so I had a million questions and Cameron was never annoyed with me but provided quality and prompt feedback to assist me.
