PacklaneReviews of packlane.com

Best in class experience. Great quality. Impeccable customer service. These are a few words that come to mind when I think about my interaction with Cameron, Brandy B. and Jessica S. This was my first time ordering with Packlane and the team's attention to detail was outstanding. I lost track of the amount of email exchanges to ensure I would be happy with the print. I beyond impressed with the final result of the box so much so I am placing another order today!

Working for a small marketing team that runs similar to a start-up means limited time, and sometimes resources. As we all do our best to work efficiently and keep our consumers happy - we rely on partners like Packlane to assist with all of our packaging needs. Responsive team and a streamlined process. Whether it's ordering a small quantity via their ecom site or working closely with an account manager on a custom project, the team is responsive and the process is streamlined. No complaints. Cheers!

Don't waste your time with this company. I went back and forth with them to try and get a few thousand boxes. They eventually just stop answering so I reached out using their chatbot and a rep told me they'd have someone reach out to me again. Someone else did reach out, and eventually ghosted me too. There's no phone support and the reps will just stop replying out of nowhere. Don't waste a second of your valuable with this company. Yes, they have a professional website - but all the people behind that website are nowhere near professional. Look elsewhere!!!

I was at first hesitant to order custom boxes when starting my stationery subscription box company love + paper box. After all, every dollar counts when you are starting. Boy am I happy I took the plunge and started with custom boxes from Packlane. My boxes are bright pink, and my customers LOVE them. I had a lot of issues designing them due to my own issues with photoshop, because I wanted to use custom fonts. However, their design team was extremely patient and went back and forth with me until I git it right and they could produce exactly what I wanted. And they did - the boxes came out perfect!!! They also have a rewards program so you can get a discount. I am confident that at least in my industry, the look of my boxes and that first impression in my marketing made all the difference if why I had a very successful first launch.

Can't say enough good things about these guys. If companies want to take notes on what excellent customer service looks like, Packlane takes the cake. With their reasonable prices and easy to use website, they are quite the triple threat!

Jen, the product chat lead for Packlane's online customer service, was absolutely amazing in terms of assisting and answering all of the questions I had both promptly and clearly. Everyone I worked with at Packlane from designing to ordering the boxes got back to me very quickly, and with a wealth of information for someone using this type of service for the first time. I would 100% recommend this company for any custom boxes and packaging!

Brutal costumer service! Orders are regularly late and there is NO phone customer service. I have lost a LOT of money waiting for these boxes that are delivered late. Customer service must be done over chat which has poor hours of service. On top of it all the print quality is terrible and inconsistent and they do nothing when a batch is printed differently than others. Dofinitelt go elsewhere

Extremely prompt response time and very helpful in working with me to create our custom boxes. Thank you!
