PacklaneReviews of packlane.com

The process of creating the box and the images was seamless. Jeanne was especially helpful and patient in walking us through how to best design the box. Thank you for making this a fun and easy process that will help make us look good to the public we serve!

Hi Bree, I am highly satisfied with my purchase. The quality is superb, the pricing is excellent when compared to competitors and I was pleased to discover that a few extra boxes were included in my order. I will choose Packlane for future purchases for sure!

I only bought from them once, but it was a positive experience and the boxes were beautiful!

I have grown to love Packlane! In the beginning I was put off by their prices, however, over time and after trying other manufacturers, I realized you absolutely get what you pay for. The Packlane boxes are a quality product! They also have the most amazing customer service! I would 1000% recommend trying Packlane

Jeanne was so helpful! She answered all of my questions and guided me to aid in making sure I was happy with my purchase. Super excited to receive everything!

Amazing they’re super helpful and made my vision come to life and I am very pleased and will be shopping with them again soon!

Placed the first order via their website using the design feature which was very convenient. Boxes took about a month to arrive & I was happy with the results. We did a run of 1,500 boxes and since I liked the outcome I went back to them for a quote on more units. At the same time I shopped around and found a few places with cheaper pricing but I suspected they were oveseas (and after even more research I figured out most Custom Box companies outsource their printing to other factories so, you may be getting the exact same product from different places. It seems as though they are just brokering your printing for you?). Wanting to support a US Woman led business I went back to Packlane for a quote. Sent my info. Was told I would get a quote in 1-2 days. 5 days later I asked for an update. That email was ignored. 6 days later I asked Customer Service for an update. I received an email letting me know they would follow up soon. Its been 10 days and I havent gotten a quote or any update. In the meantime I went back to another company (who's price was literally 50% less from packlane.com quote - not sure what the actual quote from the rep would've been since I didnt receive it) and sent artwork, received the proof, approved all designs, got the quote and paid while I'm still waiting for an email from Packlane. Sad that I won't be able to support them, but we are entering a busy sales season and I can't wait weeks just for an update. So, if you are doing a small job, can use the website design feature and don't have the need for a service rep to assist you - I think they were a good choice. If you do large orders and will need a point of contact or timely service, you should probably go elsewhere. The people I ended up using contacted me and followed up daily through the process. They seemed more motivated. Feel guilty for leaving this review but it was oddly difficult finding a print place and there wasn't a lot of reviews online or recommendations from small business owners so if I can help someone else in their search...

Fantastic customer service! Very cool, tech friendly website.
