We have been working with Packlane for all our corrugated box requirements, I guess we have completed over 1200 orders with them in the past 3 years. They are one of the best in the industry with good response time and prompt service. Would highly recommend them!

The boxes I order for our company turned out excellent. Way better then I expected with the quality of print and colors! They look so good! There was also a mishap with the shipping where one of the boxes was damaged and Packlane, sent me a code for the next purchase that's worth three of the printed boxes I order. Great experience! Looking forward to the next order!

Great customer support and great product. And they rushed it for us and got us through a potential crisis.

I love love love working with Packlane. They truly care about their customers and go to great lengths to make our brands shine. Jeanne was super helpful in guiding us on what is the best box to choose for our different products. Thank you so much! You are amazing!!

Ordered custom boxes from Packlane with our company logo. The logo that was printed was extremely blurry and low quality. Reached out to customer support for a free reprint and was met with a stonewall. They blamed our company and said that when they created proof of product they noted it was low quality and emailed us. They justified intentionally printing low quality products and fulfilling the order anyways by saying we did not respond to their notice in time. After reading other reviews, it is clear that the company has a pattern of not owning up to their own mistakes. No surprise to me now that they saw an opportunity to milk our business for more money to reprint boxes because they already took our money and now will not refund it either. If you order from Packlane you better pray they get the order right otherwise you're on your own.

Packlane does not stand behind the quality of their products. The first round of shipping boxes I ordered from them were excellent. When I reordered, the print job was so slick and slippery that packing tape and mailing labels would not stick. I tried to let their customer service know and they brushed me off, implying it was my fault for ordering the wrong finish or using the wrong kind of tape. I simply re-ordered the same product that had been working in the past. Instead of earning a loyal business to business customer for life, they have belittled and alienated us. I would not recommend them.
