oxiline.shopReviews of oxiline.shop

What a complete and total joke. The order stated 4-7 days expedited shipping free. Lol it never showed up. I asked for a refund, they said ok it would take 3-5 days...lol 9 days later still nothing. I then contacted my legal representation and told them I had done so... And POOF the return showed up. What a scam...protect yourself.

I made an order on May 3rd in good faith because of good reviews. However, I believe that like Amazon, many reviews are not verified customers, but friends and relatives. This company has only responded to my emails by saying that I can add additional comments. After over a month, I still have no confirmation from them regarding my order. I have demanded a cancellation of my order and have demanded a full refund. I will never do business with this scam company again and I advise others to avoid making the same mistake that I made.

Ordered the scale x pro on May 15. Was supposed to arrive in 3-4 days. Emailed Oxiline on May 19 to ask about order status. Was told the same as everyone else that has reviewed - inventory issues. Back ordered. Trying to replenish stock. Blah blah blah. Immediately told them to cancel my order and refund my money. They said they would do so. Checked my account 5 days later, order still shows as processing and no refund yet. Emailed them again to tell them to cancel my order and refund my money. They, again, said they would do so. Checked my account 5 days later, and the same. Order still processing and no refund. I emailed them a third time and decided to show my impatient side. Gave them a piece of my mind and demanded they cancel my order and refund my money immediately. I also contacted my credit card company to report Oxiline as a scam and disputed the charge. Lo and behold, I checked today and my money was finally refunded. DO NOT order from this company unless you want to throw your money away.

Ordered the product on May 20th. Promised three to four day delivery. It is June 5th and no product. I have sent three emails and they have not answered any of them. Just an awful company. STAY AWAY from Oxiline!!!!!!!!!!!!

I ordered a Scale X Pro which should have been delivered within 4 business days. After 15 business days it has still not been delivered and there is no indication it has been shipped and they are ignoring my requests for a cancellation/refund. Do not do business with this company.

Run from this place. They have no inventory. Just an ordering business. When they have your money, they will order the item from overseas and then tell you that had inventory issues. On top of all that .. to make you think they are making progress... they will print a label for shipping, when there isn't any item yet to ship. This has you think your itme has been shipped. CHOOSE ANOTHER PLAE TO DO BUSINESS

This company is a SCAM!!!!!!!!!

Same as everyone else reviewing this company. Ordered a product that was in-stock on their website on May 7, called on May 15 to find out why it hadn't shipped. They told me it was on back order and would be shipped in 2 to 4 days. If they were a competent company they'd just tell you that on the website instead of just taking your money.
