Scale was grossly inaccurate citing my bodyfat % as over 31% after I went from 198.4# to 158.4# having lost 20% of my body weight. Gym measured my bf at 8.2% with InBody scan. They asked if I would try a replacement but it too measured bf at over 31% so I asked for a refund and they told me my 30 days expired.

After 3 weeks and multi emails .they pretty much will take your money without a product. Sure they will send a auto email stating that they did an investigation and the product is lost . No refund or product. The emails continues

I placed an order and despite repeated requests for shipping details, received no response. I have cancelled my order and requested a refund. We shall see if that is successful. If not, I intend to take legal action.

Before I ordered this device, I called the company to inquire and CONFIRMN that it would do what I needed it to do...continuously monitor my oxygen level while I sleep and provide a detailed report. I was told yes, it would do that. Placed order. Said would receive in 3-5 days. After waiting a week, called. Was told it was on backorder and "so sorry, you should have been notified". I was not notified. Finally received the device almost 2 weeks later. Used it. Exported data and 5 hours of sleep time was MISSING from the report. It recorded data from the first hour and the last hour only. Phoned company on 7/19/2023. Adan said he would "talk to management". He came back on phone and said I "needed to have my phone on". Huh? I informed him that I didn't know what he meant. He sent me over to technical support where Antonio informed me that this device was NOT recommended for overnight monitoring. I informed him that I specifically called and inquired about this before I purchased. "So sorry". Everyone is "so sorry". The employees do not seem well educated on the product and there does not appear to be any continuity/uniformity on product knowledge. Also, seems employee responses are rather scripted..."so sorry" and "let me talk to management". None of this was my fault. I did my due diligence, but I will still have to pay for shipping and an additional charge for a tracking number to return a useless device. I do not recommend this device if you need to do an overnight oxygen monitoring test. I wasn't planning on using it non-stop every day, just periodically to see if my oxygen level drops when I sleep.

You may want to avoid this company. They will take your money despite not having the product in stock, then a month later deliberately ship you a damaged product, make you return it before shipping a replacement, then tell you they are out of stock again when they receive the damaged item back. Nobody answers emails and getting someone on the phone is near impossible.

Been waiting for my order since 1st week of June 2023 and still nothing in the mail. I tried and call customer service but they will just give you bunch of excuses. I just wanted a refund and they will not give it, so I just filed a case in my bank to dispute my transaction with this company. Stay away from this company!!!

I ordered a smart scale from oxiline.shop a week ago. Their site claims 3 - 4 day expedited shipping. I never heard anything from them and they took my money immediately. Transaction is still listed as 'processing' on their end. They have not responded to any of my customer service emails and I have now disputed the transaction with my FSA/HSA card. In hindsight there is something very odd about this shop. They present themselves as an American medical equipment company. Their scale uses a Chinese app called 'FitDays'. The same scale can be found on Amazon under a different name for more than one hundred dollars cheaper (also uses the FitDays app). It seems like this is some strange import company that masquerades as a medical device company while selling OEM devices manufactured in China. Do yourself a favor and buy a medical device from a real company or buy one of these scales or devices from Amazon for much cheaper...

Stay away from this company! Never has stock, but they take your order and your money, but no notification about backorder, support emails do not get answered! Customer Service phone never reachable. Cancelled our order and now waiting for our money. Will see and update
