Oxiline greatly misleads about product availability. They say same day shipping but the item is not even in stock. 6 days later I inquire where is my item. "Oh, it's coming in this weekend". Not true. A week later it was still not shipped. I cancelled. Do companies not realize they should not false advertise or mislead customers??

I placed an order for a blood pressure monitor, about a week ago, and I have been tracking it ever since. On their website they said the item was in the USPS regional office, when in reality it was never shipped! When I questioned them about it, I was told that it was on back order, that’s when I proceeded to cancel the order, because it just didn’t feel right. I was informed that it would take 3 business days for my money to be credited back to my account, let’s just hope it’s true.

On feb 9, 2023 ordered Pressure X-Pro cuff on line from Oxiline directly. Web site said it would be delivered in 3-4 business days. A week later no blood pressure cuff, I called customer service and was told it was on back order and would be available in a couple of days. On Feb 20th received shipping notice that a label was created. On FeB 25th tracking info did not show any progress. I called customer service and was told the problem was with the software not updating the progress of the shipment. I went to the USPS with tracking info and was told they have NEVER received the shipment. On Feb 28 I again called customer service and they told me the order was lost and would send me a second item. On March 1st I received a shipping notice for the replacement cuff. On March 6th I received the order...but it was the wrong item. they sent me a scale instead of the blood pressure cuff originally ordered. Now a month later I am going to call and cancel and request my money back.

Hardware is decent, but the connector for my blood pressure monitor broke after four months. Customer service is a zero--they insist on charging me shipping to replace the cuff and they can't follow the thread. They offered me a 20% off discount code after I abandoned my cart (for the replacement cuff plus shipping), then it couldn't be applied because the amount was too low. If their customer service is this flaky, I place no confidence that their hardware readings are accurate. Avoid!

Ordered oxiline pressure pro. Did not receive it so called n they said it backordered I would get it in 2 wks which I did. But it is not consistent at all with a manual blood pressure monitor. Very unhappy with it have called and left message and called again but they do not respond. Don't purchase.

I totally regret ordering a product from this company. I ordered a scale and clicked “two day shipping guaranteed”. Two weeks later I asked for a refund because the item hadn’t been shipped. Two days later they replied and said the item had already been shipped. It took almost a week to arrive. I emailed to say I was returning the item that I asked them not to ship. Their reply said to mail it back for a refund when it was received. They received my item five days ago. I emailed again and was told I would get a refund in 3-5 days. They lie at every step.

Ordered online and paid for overnite shipping. 3 weeks later it finally arrives. Setup is the biggest piece of crap (and I'm being complimentary here) I have ever seen. Held "button" for 2-3 seconds per instructions, would not go to correct place. Kept bouncing around, then I had to wait for it to clear before starting all over again. Been working on this piece of crap for 30 minutes. Taking a break to write this before I start in....again. DO NOT BUY OR RECOMMEND THIS TO ANYBODY!!!!

Purchased a BP monitor with a “30 day” money back guarantee. Tried it for a week and kept getting error messages and inaccurate readings. Took it with me for dr appt and its BP reading was off by 15 pts. Returned confirmed with proof of delivery and received email would be refunded full amount to original method of payment (PayPal). Haven’t received refund and filed claim through PayPal for resolution. Regretted dealing with them.
