Oxline was recommended but I have found it to be mediocre. The cuff degrades and causes issues, the battery life is poor compared to other devices. Customer service is not helpful and where most companies with defective parts will send you a replacement, they want you to send it back first, rendering it useless and then there is no guarantee they will replace it soon. Would not buy

I was very excited after receiving Oxiline's Pro MD scale. BUT Arggggh...unfortunately (after unpacking it and immediately setting it up) it refused to provide body composition analysis!! it was measuring only weight!!! I already had another scale that did that!!!! However the real problem arose with their customer support being less than stellar at quickly responding to resolve my issue. I've complained a bunch about this since in my further email correspondence so that probably hasn't helped my issue and I even went so far ask to ask where I need to send the unit back to, to receive a full refund. Incensed since I was getting practically no support or contact from them, I did a search on where to voice my complaints and came to this site. I started browsing other people's experience and lo and behold many of the other reviewers were having the same exact problem as me - only getting weight measurement, no body composition measurements. However reading over these other reviews, one of the reviewers indicated a Denzel (from Oxiline support team) suggested resetting the device using the reset button next to the charging port. I hadn't noticed/remembered seeing it (on unpacking the scale). So I came across this simple solution reading other reviewer's comments not directly from Oxiline's customer support team! And it worked for me - "Push the reset button next to the charging port if you are having this problem". I didn't expect this to work but it did. I'm hopeful the scale will continue to take the body comp measurements on each successive use. If it continues to do so, I'll probably give it another chance otherwise I'll be sending it back within 30 days to take advantage of their published 30 day money back guarantee. This review rating is heavily influenced by what I felt was a lack of immediate customer support. Still to be seen: if the MD Pro scale will be kept or returned within the 30 day window.

I could not get the scale to work, so I emailed customer service. After a few days they returned my email and offered a 30% discount if I wanted to keep it. I declined because, well, it didn't work. The return process is ridiculous. Email them, get an approval to send back, then... package up and return (normal) - at my expense- even though it didn't work, Fill out their online return form, write your name and order number on the outside of the package, email them and let them know it's in transit to them also including the tracking number. Everything is so redundant. I'm sure it is so that they can say you didn't follow the return procedure because why would you have to do the same thing over and over?

So far I have asked for a call back & was given all the info to show a report for an Oxiline Pro MD scale that only showed weight. I did everything suggested by the bot, but to no avail. I hate the idea of paying to return this. I cannot get it to who metrics and now see all of the negative reviews. I asked again for a call tomorrow morning, so we shall see. It feels like a quality device, but way too expensive when a $10 scale will give me what this scale is giving me right now. I need a human voice walking through this device to see if it actually works or I need to return it. I will write a follow-up to this tomorrow no matter which way this goes. Oxiline stated fast shipping, would receive my XS Pro in 2-4 days. Its been 9 days and UPS still hasn't received the package from them. Wish I was able to review the product, but I'm sitting here empty-handed!

I was very disappointed with this scale. The data seemed useful when it worked, but getting it to complete a body scan was frustrating and unreliable. Most of the time, it functioned as nothing more than an expensive scale displaying weight in grams. When the body scan did work, the results varied significantly from one measurement to the next, making it difficult to trust the data. After repeated issues, I ended up returning it and going back to my $20 drugstore scale. At least that one consistently gives me my weight in pounds and works every time

Terrible customer service - and good luck getting your money back... purchased the Pulse XS Pro via their web site. I immediately realized that I had purchased the incorrect item. Contacted within literally 5 mins of the order and they stated it had already shipped. So, I paid to have it shipped back along with tracking, etc. Still would not credit my CC, finally just called my CC company and disputed the charge which they credited me for the $84.53 cost.

More than 90 percent of the time the scan fails repeatedly. I couldn't find online customer service, only a phone number. For the price, a waste of time and money.
