The Oxiline products I received are top quality devices. They perform all the functions described quickly and accurately. I have the Pressure X Pro blood pressure monitor and the Scale X Pro scale with body measurement function. Again excellent products that perform above my expectations. Only time will tell how they do a year or two from now. My only gripe was with the shipping process. It took a lot longer than I thought it would. After reading some of the stories here, I almost canceled my order, I am glad I didn't. Because they use the USPS, and not DHL, FedEx or Purolator, it took longer to arrive than I thought and the tracking information provided by USPS is minimal. I would gladly pay extra for a proper courier shipment via any of the above companies, but I did not see an option when purchasing. Today, customers expect speedy delivery; companies like Amazon have made it so that deliveries more than a couple of days is unacceptable, so folks will shop for an inferior item on Amazon if the item they want isn't available there. Also, please update your customer service number on the sales email. Product Good! Shipping Bad :-(

All these reviews in a row about the horrible customer service... I wish I had seen them earlier. I experienced the same thing. I ordered a Therma 9 Pro (June 20th) on the website with a promised delivery of 3-4 days. Six days later on June 26th I call and ask whats going on. I was told the item was back-ordered (didn't say that on the website) and would ship in a few days. June 29th I get a tracking number.... but the USPS never received trhe item. I called on July 5th and got told it must have got lost in the mail. Really? You have to get something before you can lose it. I was promised a unit would go out that day and a new tracking number would be emailed to me. Never happened. I emailed today July 7th before they opened and said either send a unit today or a issue a refund and please email me back with your decision. They never responded. I filed for a refund with PayPal. I would not order a tongue depressor from these people.**** It is now July 22nd and I never heard from them. Save yourself a whole lot of aggravation and go somewhere else. ***** Finally heard from them on August 11th saying they are going to refund my money... what a joke.

Absolutely love my Tens Pro!! Unlike some of the other reviewers, I didn’t ask for an expedited shipment. Yes it took close to a month to receive, however, given that I purchased the product at 40% off, I imagined they were busy filling orders, and just patiently waited for it to arrive. I didn’t have to deal with any customer service so can’t comment on that aspect of the company, but the Tens machine itself is incredible.

I placed an order on June 11th of 2023 for the Gluco X Pro and paid for expedited shipping. After a week and no product, I sent two emails to support with no response. On June 21st, I received an email stating that the item had been shipped. All of this time the USPS tracking number showed the item in pre-shipment and not yet received by USPS. On June 26th, after a continued failure to receive the item, I called customer support. It seems I had received an email "Your Item Has Been Shipped" and a tracking number for an item not yet in stock. I still do not have the item and don't know if I will ever get it. Atrocious customer service!

Ordered a Oxiline Pro X Scale and it took two months to get. So I had given up and bought a competitors scale. When the Oxiline scale finally arrived, I didn’t need it anymore so I wanted to return it. Oxiline gave me the address but made me cover the cost of the return. I shipped it back to them and received a message that I would be issued my return in 4-5 business days. It has now been 10 days since they received the return and I still don’t have my money back. Do not do business with them!

They gave an order by date for Fathers Day which I did and got an email receipt. I got no shipped email or tracking info so i emailed and never got a response. Finally got thru to customer service and the guy was very rude. I tried to cancel and he said I had to wait. It was being processed. 4 days later and still NOTHING!!! Never order from them!! Just disputed it with my credit card co and then got an answer to the email that they would get back with me about my request

TLDR: I've had the worst experience buying online and the entire process has felt like a total SCAM, I don't recommend buying from this company at all, beware! I tried buying a scale online, but my card didn't go through, so I tried a second card and it didn't go through as well according to the website... I decided to buy another scale elsewhere since it failed. Quite a few days later I receive an email from Oxiline saying my order is on its way! I check my bank account and it turns out my payment was actually processed.. I was never sent a receipt nor notification that my order was being processed or no immediate notification as is expected from any online purchase. I've emailed and tried to contact them by phone, and nobody answers. This all feels like a SCAM and I totally encourage everyone to stay away from buying on this place. The scale hasn't arrived yet and it's been 3 weeks already. I'm already talking to my bank to see what I can do to proceed with legal action. Beware, people! Update: I tried writing a review on their website but seems like they filter the bad reviews out. It's obvious the "good" reviews are all fake.. What a sad way to do business. I hope this helps someone notice this before spending throwing their money away.

I purchased a pulse oximeter on May 9, 2023. We used it for a few weeks. From the beginning it did not seem to work properly. I was able to compare the readings to the a pulse oximeter at a physician’s office and also with a colleague’s oximeter. The one I purchased was terribly inaccurate. I sent Oxiline photos and requested a refund. They requested I send back the defective oximeter which I did. Three weeks later they gave me a partial refund of $39.00 stating they do not give full refunds. I was insistent they refund the full amount of 79.00 as I should not have to pay anything for a defective product. They were extremely rude and refused.
