Ordered the oximeter Pro Pulse 7. My credit card was charged same day. One day later received shipping notice using USPS. USPS tracking shows a shipping label was created but 6 days later the post office has still not received the product shipment. Several calls to customer service resulted in empty promises. Disputed the charge with my credit card company. Have seen many 1 star ratings, many having encountered the same problem. Update- finally got the product after disputing the charge with my credit card company.

Terrible company. Do not order from them. I am still waiting for a scale. They charged my Visa immediately. Week later after asking why it hadn’t shipped I was told that it was back ordered. Week later I was told that it had shipped. I’m tact only a shipping label has been created. Took over a week for USPS to get the package. They no longer return my emails.

This scale is not accurate based on my own experience. I bought this scale because my older scale was not connecting to my phone. This scale reads 50% different than two other measurements for body fat and 20% different than the visceral fat. It also has a small surface area to stand on making it less comfortable. It also takes longer than a blood glocuse meter to read my weight. Worse of all, the 30 day guarantee does not include shipping cost. It was sent in an over size box and you must return it in the same box. I am guessing this is done so the high shipping cost discourages you to send it back to them. This is a bad scale sold by a company with poor customer service.

Don't believe them. I've had nothing but problems with this company and their product (scale) from the start. No communication on their behalf, scale was placed on backorder, although my credit card was charged. The scale finally arrives and it is so difficult to do a basic set up. I still can't get it to operate correctly. Go with something else. This scale was a replacement for something I already had. I should have researched this product and company better.

Their online shopping cart told me it had failed and I needed to do the order again. I did, and they charged me twice. So I'm paying for shipping here and back to them for their mistake. Will never purchase from them again.
