Really starting to feel like a scam. I ordered an MD Pro Scale December 11th. I am an International customer and paid the additional fees for express shipping. Oxiline uses a company called Global Post for orders shipped OUTSIDE the US. The package moved from Oxiline throughout Miami until it landed in Doral on December 17th. Then everything went silent. I contacted Oxiline who instructed me to direct my inquiries to Global Post. The excuse from Global Post was the Canada Post strike causing delays. The strike ended on December 17th. That strike has now been over for MORE than a month and I still have NO SCALE on January 21st and despite a message indicating "in transit" last Tuesday, the package is STILL "in transit" this Tuesday. It's a 3-hour flight from Miami to Toronto folks. I feel like I'm being scammed here. You have my money and, after waiting more than 40 days, I still don't have the product DESPITE paying for the more expensive shipping option. Terrible. Also MORE than a little suspect that your last VERIFIED customer review was 6 months ago. NOTHING more recent. Your Customer Service is deplorable.

Any glucose monitor should be precise, you should not have to worry about the numbers. I've been using since November 2024 and can honestly stay that most of my numbers are wrong. These are huge differences not small. I got a reading of 244, I checked again it was 110 checked again it's at 34. At this point would I trust it, no. Those are bigger differences, there have been so many small discrepancies I can't list them all here. If you are diabetic please be careful using this, don't trust it to take your medication or to figure out what to eat for next meal.

This company is a scam. Order is never sent and emails are never responded too. Do not buy from here.

Horrible experience. We paid for 3 day shipping. Took two weeks to receive. The products work ONLY FOR ONE PERSON on Bluetooth IF you can get them to hook up. Contacted them 5 times, but no answers as to what the issue with shipping was. Simple short email was returned to us saying we would receive a week ago…no answers otherwise. Customer service doesn’t exist

The company fully guaranteed the product and when I returned it they honored the grantee right away! Excellent products and company.

Sounds like a great product, probably too good to be true. The website looks like fast shipping time, but the company isn’t transparent about processing time.

Accurate stand-alone unit (Pressure XS Pro). However, at $95, about 2X their competition for a stand-alone unit. The app, on its own, is good - but the app does not work well with the unit. Almost always (90%), one must manually enter BP readings into the log. Next, to record the readings into Apple Health requires a manual sync every time. I have contacted Oxiline on numerous occasions to provide input, while also requesting live support as their boilerplate "how to's" were not helpful; it's been 5-days without any response. Additionally, the unit is presented with a USB power source as an alternative to batteries, it's easy to assume that a USB adapter is included. Oxiline correctly represented what was included, yet they were not clear that the USB adapter was not included. When contacting their customer service, they sent a link to purchase the adapter, yet upon further inquiry from me, they wrote that the adapter was out of stock, and I should purchase elsewhere. When asking them to confirm a potential adapter, they never responded. Eleven days later (1/20) and the app continues to work unevenly with the device. Oh btw, Oxiline has yet to reply to my requests for help.

This oxiline blood glucose monitor is worthless. Readings have been off as much as 100 points.
