Do not buy from this company! I ordered a blood pressure device with expedited delivery. I reached out after a week with zero response to my question- I tried emailing 2 more times on following days and have received no response. I checked on LinkedIn and there is only 1 employee. I think this place is a scam.

No customer service whatsoever. the body measurement does not work 99% of the time. The do not respond to emails and disconnect you on their toll free customer service number.

I recently bought an oxiline pressure 9S pro blood pressure monitor. I chose it after researching online and also YouTube. It sounded like a good one. I got it at an awesome price, it arrived in 3 day's. Packaged with care. It is working great. I will take it to a couple of my doctor appts. Online communication was great with the company. I couldn't be happier. If your in need of a very good working blood pressure monitor, I do recommend this item. It was voted number 9 in the top ten of 2024 if I remember correctly. I was able to use a coupon AND got free shipping Great company to do that for me, in my opinion for a top notch monitor. Truly , Happy custermer JoAnn

Oxiline XS Pro unit is useless. I am on my second one because the first was so far off I returned it. That took months to accomplish. Just tried using the second unit and the reading is 186/119, the last four at my dr's office have been around 129/82. I wasted over $100 for this useless piece of machinery. All the reviews they post on their site are 4 or 5 stars. I have posted a 1 star. they do not show up. Look at TrustPilot and BBB for valid reviews.

I have been trying to get in touch with someone to help me with the return of the Oxiline Med Pro scale. It is a defective machine. I sent an email, and they returned with an email asking for more information. I submitted that and never heard from them again. It's been almost two weeks. Are they trying to run out the time stated in their return policy? I will never do this again. I may just have to go to my credit card company and ask for help. I know they will help.

I ordered a one month supply from them for blood sugar monitoring, I didn't know you can't later join the monthly shipments without buying another monitor and everything. Then, I thought I was doing really good sugar-wise until I started getting som really low readings. Come to find out, I wasn't doing as good as I thought, the meter was WAY off. It was telling me I had a fasting of 97 when in reality it was 140. I was so upset, I wanted a refund, but was refused. I stopped the auto-pay and threw everything out. Wasted at least $100 on supplies through them. DO NOT recommend.
