Their site says your order will be shipped same day if placed before 4PM EST. I placed my order at 10:30 AM EST… SIX DAYS AGO. My order still has not shipped. I have sent three emails to customer service with ZERO reply… and called customer service during working hours, only to have computer tell me they can’t take my call. I wish I had vetted the company before placing my order. I will be taking legal action soon.

The Tens X Pro unit I purchased stopped working after a few months. It is completely useless and I strongly advise anyone considering buying one to skip the purchase. The best part is oxiline customer service refused to refund the money I wasted on a useless defective product since I requested a refund after 30 days. My recommendation is avoid this product and doing business with this company

Absolutely defective product! The Oxline Glucoxpro is the absolute most defective product I have ever purchased! The customer service is awful and apparently the company is out to take customers money and send them defective products. Please don’t ever order anything from Oxline! The customer representative “Denzel” was of no help and there is no live customer service available. Also, please report all complaints to the BBB and hopefully, Oxline will go out of business permanently!

Bought the Oxiline Glucose X Pro meter after reading "glowing" review. Turns out to be fake reviews from Poland! IT DOES NOT WORK AND GIVES FALSE READINGS! I then contacted my credit card and disputed the charge and the case was resolved in my favor.

Purchased an Oxyline blood pressure monitor recently after much online research. The unit started giving a error code just after taking 2 readings. Tried everything possible as suggested by the user guide to resolve the issue but did not work. Tried to call customer support line, which is a bogus phone number since it always says " we are unavailable to take your call", irrespective of the day and time of the call. Next, sent an email to the support desk, after 4 days someone responded and asked for a photo or video showing the error code. Still waiting to hear a response from them (another 4-5 days have passed). At this point, I am going to assume that I have lost my $90 with Oxyline. Stay clear of this company, low quality products and non-existent customer service.

recently decided to replace my home blood pressure monitor and did a ton of research and ended up with Oxiline XS Pro. The monitor works great manually but doesn't always save the latest readings for some reason and reconnects via Bluetooth less than 1% of the time. I have rebooted both phone and device, tried every troubleshooting suggestion and once turned off for a few minutes it never seems able to reconnect. In 25+ attempts, have only succeeded in connecting to my phone app twice

if I could do less than 1 I would. RUN from this company. I ordered a Gluco X Pro and signed up for the monthly shipment of supplies. Online ad said shipped the next day if ordered before 4pm EST. Today it is 9 days since I ordered. I have sent 2 emails to try to find out when I will receive my order. I just called customer service . Must say Douglas was on the ball and took care of me. Probably the only capable person working there. Anyway, after doing some checking Douglas found out that the Gluco X Pro was out of stock. True??? Why didn't I receive a response to my emails? Why was I not notified that the item was back ordered? I cancelled my order. On Nov.11 Oxiline sent an email that my order was received, and they were processing my order, that was when they should have told me it was out of stock.

I ordered their top end scale. It's body fat % was off compared to three other scales by 7 to 10 %. It said my arms had three pounds of fat in each arm. I am an athlete and workout a lot. I have very little fat in my arms and legs. Another scale had me at 1% body fat in my arms and legs. The scale I got came in a huge box without packing materials. The outer box was smashed so I thought maybe that was why the scale was off. Oxiline said they would take the scale back but not pay for shipping. These impedance scales have to be adjusted for athletes. The oxiline adjusted by .6%. The others all adjusted to be close to what calipers estimated. Perhaps this is a great scale for the average person, if mine is not a lemon it certainly is not for athletes. When customers service wrote back it was a canned email listing company policy. Well if company policy is they don't stand behind their product all the way then I wont do business with them. Personally I find this immoral. I get it. Everyone makes lemons. Maybe mine was a lemon. In any regard i will never know. I also wrote a negative review on their site. I only listed numbers and told of my experience setting up the app. They took it off the site. This was before customer service told me their policy so I had nothing bad to say about the company itself. I thought the scale might have been broken. All their reviews are 4 and 5 stars. I am pretty sure they are not an honest representation of customer experiences. Also, don't buy early xmas gifts from oxiline. Policy is thirty days for returns and I am sure they will stick to that even for xmas gifts if my experience is any gauge. Most companies I have dealt with in the past have a grace period for xmas. I got my wife a present from them and I am sure if it does not work we are stuck with it.
