Upon ordering for the first time, the wrong shipping address was included when placing the order. Denzel from customer service was very helpful in changing to the correct address before the item was shipped. This saved a lot of time and aggravation had the order been shipped to the wrong address. Thank you Denzel for the great service.

I purchased a few 9S pro Pulse oximeters. One of them has stopped sensing. After contacting Oxiline and informing them of the issue, including sending a short video clip showing the issue, they replied stating they would be resending a new Pulse Ox monitor. I have not received the new monitor yet but I do have the tracking number showing it is shipped.

UNLESS you want to replace the batteries at least every month on the xs pro blood pressure monitor, DON’T buy this. The lifetime warranty means nothing since after 30 days, you have to pay for the shipping to replace the product. It took a month to realize how quickly the batteries die.

For the guy who said the Fathers Day sale was false and misleading...It clearly states "UP TO 50% off" Additionally, it states 30% off IN RED right next to the price. Way to ruin a company rating over negligence in simple reading!!

False and misleading advertising. They advertise their Fathers Day sale as 50% off your entire cart, but when purchasing the XS Pro monitor, regularly $169.00. I only received 30% off. When questioned they said go ahead and take another 20% off the discounted price of $119.00, but that only gave me a total discount of 44% off the regular price. I went ahead and accepted it but it is not as advertised. I hope their product is good because their business credibility is questionable.

bought the scale pro to measure weight and most importantly, body fat. The body fat measurement worked maybe 3 out of 100 times? Gave up and wanted to return. Customer service seems to purposely drag its feet and give run around. Oxiline wanted me to pay shipping for non working product. F them. Thankfully my bank/CC values my business and just reversed charge.

Customer Service (Josh) was great. I also like the Oxiline Scale X Pro and Pressure XS Pro. But the Oxiline app still needs work is why it's only 4 stars.

Justine was the nicest Customer service rep. She answer all my questions with my Blood pressure unit. Justine sent out a new Blood Pressure unit. I had a new unit with in 3 days. What a pleasure to work with a Company that's stands behind their product.
