I purchased an Oxiline XS PRO TENS muscle relaxer because I believed that it offered features and capabilities beyond other Tens units that I own only to find: -the capability of Oxiline was similar to units a fraction of the $119 price -the Oxiline replacement electrode pads were extremely expensive and no better than pads purchased from on-line stores -most concerning is the inferior durability of the Oxiline unit. The glass panel shattered following a drop onto a countertop rendering the unit unsafe to use. I would not recommend Oxiline for home use -the warranty service would not honor a replacement

I was thrilled with the customer service provided when I accidentally purchased the wrong product! I emailed Oxiline's customer service department, received an immediate automated reply acknowledging receipt of my email, and was contacted within a day by Justine, a wonderful customer service agent, who could not have been kinder or more helpful! As well, the product ordered was on my doorstep within a few days.

The product is easy to use. I rated a 4 because i have not used it very long. Customer service (Justine) is extremely helpful and responds quickly. My readings have been consistent and I hope accurate. I recommend this product at this time.

I purchased an Oxiline bp meter that seemed fine for about a month or two, then went crazy and began giving nonsense values; in the range of 1/10 of possible bp measures. I informed oxiline.shop multiple times, and they respond each time with a boilerplate email response, followed by nothing. I requested a return label, for a replacement, or a refund. No response. If I had purchased thru Amazon I could get a refund or return. By buying directly from Oxiline, I have no recourse. All they need to do is ignore my repeated emails, which they are good at.

I had an issue with the cuff. Too small. The problem was taken care of immediately. No questions asked. So happy that this was such a positive transaction.

The product, Scale MD Pro is fantastic. It took a few tries to connect to Bluetooth but once it did, everything was great. I called customer service, located in EST, and rep was extremely helpful and knowledgeable. She found the info I needed quickly and was very professional. This is the second product I have purchased from Oxiline. Although I love the USB charger, this model does not monitor heart rate. My bad for not paying attention to marketing info. I still love this scale. It provides very interesting info and I love the reports you can export.

Justine w/Oxiline was so very helpful coordinating an exchange for my mom's initial BP monitor (malfunctioned). He also provided me with helpful "sync" instructions so that I can monitor her readings from my off-sight location/not in her senior facility. Justine was the best! Thanks, Lucy

I bought a MD Pro scale and had initial problems with the Bluetooth connection.Customer service was prompt and efficient. The scale is awesome if you are concerned about your body bio metrics
