Upon opening the box one can immediately see the quality of this device. I have two other such devices, and while the other two are not terribly inaccurate, the Oxline matched up with my primary unit - which is a very expensive United- more closely every time. The Oxline performs exactly as advertised. If you are not satisfied with this device, then you won't be happy with any other either. It's a great piece of medical equipment, you will not be sorry if you choose Oxline.

Contacted Support more for a comment than a problem. The items I had just received were improperly packed with little or no packing material, and in a box much too large for the items enclosed. Their response was quick, respectful and showed a legitimate concern for their product and performance in all areas, including delivery of their products. Thankfully, none of the items were damaged and I am extremely happy and satisfied with my purchase.

I read and reread the manual to set the date and it never occurred to me I would have to scroll through to 99 after passing the current year before I could set it correctly. (I suggest adding this fact to the manual ans I saw several exact questions I the Q&A) I sent my request expecting a response in a few days. I had an answer almost immediately. I was surprised and very pleased. Thank you.

I had a single output wire malfunction on my Tens XS Pro unit, after a week and a half of purchase. I contacted customer support and was totally amazed and pleased at their prompt, respectful responses to my needs( within 1-12 hrs) . They are replacing my unit for me. In the meantime I am using the double output wire for pain control.

I reported a problem, the display indicated “Misoperation Reminder” which was a little unnerving but the indicated readings matched the Doctors reading. Oxiline reported to me, it is sending a replacement device the second day after reporting the problem. Great response!
