I bought 3 textile products from this company. I was patient about their arrival. When they arrived, they were perfectly beautiful. I will order from them again.

Examine the reviews, people. So many 20-25 word 5-star reviews. Densely packed in short date ranges. The English is better than most fake reviews, but use your critical thinking skills when seeing extensive similarly styled “reviews.” Trustpilot has many complaints online about fake reviews and companies’ abilities to take down bad reviews. I’m assuming this won’t stay up long.

I had no problems with my order. The throw was lovely and bright like the pictures on the website. The problem came later. I started finding all this fuzz all over my living and porch. I finally tracked it down to the throw. I’ve laundered it at least twice but when I hold it up to my face it feels hairy because there are so many tiny threads on the surface. They collect on my clothes and are everywhere. Too bad because until now I really liked it.

I am panicking,especially after reading the negative reviews. I ordered a bedspread and received notice it had been sent. However when I tried to inquire about when it would arrive, I was told my password was wrong and I should reset it. Then I was told they did not recognize my email and I fear I have been scammed.

I have received no notice from this company concerning my order, no order number. They did, however, withdraw the money within a few hours. I do not know how to inquire about my order as I do not have an order number.

This bedspread is exactly what I was looking for. It's lightweight, soft, easy care, well made, and perfect for summer nights. Shipping from overseas took about 2 weeks, which I was fine with. The bedspread was more than worse the short wait. Highly recommend.

I ordered several curtains from them and while I was reasonably happy with the fabric, colour and print, the eyelet rings were a cheap white plastic that were already coming off. The price wasn't exactly cheap, as I ended up paying slightly more than IKEA prices, and at least IKEA curtains come with good-quality metal eyelet rings! Sad and now wondering what I can do to fix this issue so I can still use the curtains in my home.

Make sure you really will love the item before you order it, because their "return policy" is a joke. They ship the item from a local address, but when you want to send it back, they tell you to send it to China, and make suggestive comments about "losing" the item, so even if you pay to send it there, they will most likely claim to have never received it. When you argue that they should allow you to return it to the local address it came from, they try to talk you into accepting a 30% refund or gifting it to a friend. They obviously only make their money by selling ugly and cheap products and then forcing people to keep them, because their return policy is so unreasonable. Never trust a Chinese online retailer besides Shein! They are all scam artists like Ownkoti.
