Horrible return policy and low quality product.
I purchased what was described as a push blanket. When the product arrived it was duvet cover made of two extremely thin layers with a cheap zipper. The price point was not low in fact at the price point I expected a heavy weight blanket. I read the return policy (which states nothing about having to ship it back to china). It seemed like it was going to be straight forward process. Their first response was offering me $8 refund and the note that if I choose to refun I would be responsible for very expensive shipping back to China. I refused and expected full refund. Now they offered my 15% again stressing shipping back to China is expensive. Again I refused. Latest offer is $30 refund and the address to ship the package. This company invested money in their advertising to show a beautiful product and route easy returns but fail to mention their return policy requires shipment back to China. Stay away from this company. You can find nicer product locally for less without the BS return policy.
