I had ordered two pair of pajamas as a gift for my daughter. Unfortunately they run a bit small so go a size up. I was so impressed with their customer service. They resolved my issue quickly and efficiently. Their products are beautiful. It’s always a plus when customer service is so helpful.

I paid $249 for a Sherpa blanket and within six weeks it has started to unravel in 18 different places. I contacted the company and all they offered was $30 or a 15% discount on my next order. This company has a serious quality issue and I would not order anything from them. I even sent them video and several pictures.

Terrible customer service. Very hard to get a hold of them. And finally via WhatsApp I was able to connect an then through email. The pyjama set that I have been gifted for Christmas doesn’t fit. Simple issue right? But now they are arguing about the sizing now wanting me to measure their product! I just want to exchange a freaking pajamas set!!!

Product never arrived. They use a delivery company called Uniuni which is a total scam. Check out Uniuni's rating on this site. Ownkoti makes it very difficult to report a problem and when you do they do nothing about it. Avoid this company!
