I ordered the bedspread and was Cautioned by friends about buying such things on the Internet however when it arrived I was so amazed at the high-quality of this product. It is absolutely beautiful and I will use this company for future purchases.

Do not purchase from this company unless you want to throw away your money. This is a company from China. The quality is horrible. Sizing is wrong. And there is no returning. They will not return your money. You have to ship back to China which costs from 60 to 100 US dollars, depending on how heavy the item is. And then they will only determine if they will refund, it is no guarantee. DONT BUT FROM THIS COMPANY.

I was leery when I bought the Sherpa blanket after reading some reviews but it arrived quickly and was very soft and comfortable. Unfortunately the stitching began to unravel in a few places rather quickly which was disappointing. I got a hold of customer service and they were very quick to respond and help me resolve my issue.

The email address listed in their response is not a working address. Another delay tactic. I guess I have been scammed of the $70 I paid for something I never received. DO NOT ORDER UNLESS YOU CAN AFFORD TO DONATE TO THIS SCAMMER. Hello, we're so sorry for any unpleasant experience. Please contact us via Facebook messengers or Email address contact, we will try our best to follow up with your order issues and solve the problems accordingly. Sorry for any inconvenience caused. Thanks for your understanding.

I ordered one of their products and it was not what they said it was. It was a $200 comforter advertised saying it had a cotton quilted center for added warmth. What I got was a $20 comforter that was cheap and made of polyester. This company is a scam and should be taken off the internet.

minus zero points. terrible time wasters, do not touch, I doubt they actually have products. a refund was promised, apparently taking 7 days - so sitting on my money, no present, no money, time wasted.

Ordered 3 Kimonos back in November and 1 out of 3 Kimono was incorrect size, immediately notified Ownkoti of the error and they stopped responding. Waste of money. Not to mention Waste of time Dealing with an overseas company.

Best blanket ever! Very warm and comfortable, we definitely love it! (And the cat too haha) Besides, the support is quite responsive, and last but not least, warp speed delivery! Highly recommended!
