Unfortunately not worked for me and I wish I’d have paid the extra 1300 for the more well known teeth aligners out there. I’ve worn them every night for many months and can see no difference at all on the photos I have taken. I did speak to customer services but unless I get a refund there’s not much more they can say as they haven’t moved my teeth in the slightest.

I am very disappointed with the service I am receiving from this company. After completing the kit, I returned and agreed to go ahead with their service ordering the aligners. I chose to pay over 3 installments. I received my first 2 aligners which did not fit whatsoever, I persevered for a few days and still no luck, I contacted customer service to advise they would not fit, sending photographs as requested. I finally received a call after a couple of days of sending a chat to them, where they agreed that a new kit would be sent out and aligners to be remade if necessary. Although I was told a week ago the kit had been shipped, I am still awaiting this after 2 weeks. I have contacted the chat daily and keep getting told it has been shipped, though they will get someone to call or email me, which surprise surprise, I am yet to receive too! My 2nd payment has now been collected and up to now I am yet to receive the full service they claim to provide. Having requested a refund, this has been refused due to it not being their policy, leaving me no other option than to seek further advise and awaiting a response from my credit card company in relation to the payments.

A fast and efficient service throughout. Quick delivery and no fuss to undertake. The 3D video of what to expect was super helpful. Without this I don't know if I could have gone ahead. The kit is very simple and self explanatory to use and keep clean. The results were almost identical to the 3d rendering. I am delighted with the outcome and price.

Process has been brilliant so far. Sent my impressions back and got my aligners sent to me within about 3 weeks. I've just put the first set in which fit perfectly. Customer service chat respond straight away with any questions or queries. Can't wait to see the progress

If I was at first a bit unsettled by the patchy communication after the order, I have to praise Customer Service for their efficiency and kindness. I have been wearing my aligners for a few months now without any issue and the progress is obvious - very happy so far!

The website says aligners in 7 days and makes a selling point of it. Waited 7 days and nothing. Live chat says 7 working days ‘because they are made in Germany’. Where they are made has no relevance. I’ve read the terms it says 7 working days plus 2 for delivery. It’s been past that and still no aligners and no tracking. Was entitled to a refund of the impression kit, which I also had to chase twice.

I am on aligner 4/12 and the product itself does seem very good so far. The customer service is slow and the online chat team can come across as quite rude, although any problems were eventually sorted and it definitely seems worth the money so far!

Visited the dentist for my annual check up and he has complimented me on the results after using the aligners. Both me and my brother have now finished, and are so happy with our results, highly recommend and have referred quite a few other people so far
