I paid for these aligners in full in September 2024, I received my first aligner set 3 weeks later (even though they specify 7 days) but the top aligner didn't fit, it took them nearly 3 weeks to resend a new impressions kit out, I am now 8 weeks on from sending my new impressions kit and still don't have the new aligners... I have contacted them weekly with a manager "asigned" to my case yet nothing seems to be moving forward!! I recieved a call 2 weeks ago saying my aligners will be sent out by the end of the week but still nothing... And to top it off, they are now closed for Christmas so I won't be getting anything now till 2025, how they can advertise 7 days is beyond me!!

I've recently ordered an impression kit from Overnight smile which I've returned and promptly received my treatment plan. I've not received my aligners yet so can't comment on how effective they are but I must say this companies 'Live chat' messaging is brilliant, possibly the best I've ever experienced. You get an almost immediate response and you are communicating with a human not a virtual assistant. Top class customer service in my experience so far.

This is literally the worst company I’ve ever worked with. The bottom aligner mould had an error that made the tray not fitted to the bottom front teeth. This should have been obvious before printing based on the different thicknesses of the tray for the left and right bottom teeth. The company was notified early into treatment as I noticed the error was present in every progressive tray New mould kit was sent out. I had to chase to get feedback. They requested I do it again. They said they sent it out, but Royal Mail never received anything from them. I chased again. A month passed from this point. Another kit was sent. I redid the moulds and sent them back. I didn’t hear anything for more than a week so followed up again to see if they were satisfactory. It took them days to reply. They indicated new trays would be printed the next week. A week and a half later I checked again. It would take two more weeks. The first communication was in September. Now were in mid December. Past the 21 days for replacement trays (from the approved mould being received.) I still haven’t received a response on shipping time which will dictate where the trays need to be sent as we’re now at Christmas. Apparently the manager notated that he called twice yesterday (though I requested email.) My phone has no missed calls from anyone yesterday. And I have no follow up email to these supposed calls. EDIT IN RESPONSE TO ONS REPLY: I appreciate that ONS called me to follow up on this review. As my challenge to date has been not only been receiving timely response but also follow through agreed upon next steps, I will hold on further revising this review until I receive the amended trays. In the interim, I have removed some outstanding concerns which we were able to address via comms over the last day. I am hopeful it will be resolved positively and swiftly from this point.

Just finished my 24-week treatment. The end result is probably 95% of improvement of my teeth appearance (I didn't cheat and was wearing the aligners as directed). Overall, I'm pleased with the result. I liked it that the whole thing is done online and by post. No need to find time for appointments, driving somewhere... All information you need about the process is on the website. I guess, if I went to an orthodontist the result could be better but then I would have paid much more. You need to be prepared for a few adjustments to your lifestyle and comfort. But the result is worth it. If you power through your first set it gets better. To start with, I had uncontrollable non-stop salivating for the first 2 days. The cheeks from inside were scratched for a few days (while your mouth gets used to new way of 'operating'). Sore teeth when biting into something more or less hard - this happened almost every time at the start of using a new set. And the speech was affected for the most of the time I was wearing the aligners. It gets better with each set but you're very aware there is something in your mouth. Brushing and flossing 3 times a day can be tiring! I stopped snacking between meals completely, not even tea or coffee, only 3 meals a day. It certainly wasn't that easy and simple, but I now can smile with confidence.

1 week in, after a bit of filing away sharp edges the aligners are quite comfortable. I’ve had a few queries on the chat and responses are immediate and really helpful - certainly quicker than trying to get a phone call or appointment with an orthodontist. Very happy with the service so far.

I was recommended this system by my cousin who finished and had great results in just under 5 months. I've just purchased the impression kit and the customer service was very quick and helpful with all questions. Looking forward to getting started.

The service from start to finish was efficient and all details were communicated clearly. The impression kit process was easy to follow and within days , I was sent the 3D images of how my teeth would adjust over the course of the treatment. Although it is an online service with no visits to a dentist, the online chat / call service is fantastic as I could access this any time to discuss any queries I had. My treatment finished after 6months and my results were exactly how the initial 3D imaging had predicted- of course, this is with consistent wearing of the aligners and following given instructions. So pleased with my results, especially as I was skeptical about it all being online and whether I would achieve the results as having regular face 2 face appointments at a dentist. Would definitely recommend 100%

It’s 4 months to the day when I paid for my aligners and I still don’t have them! Paid in full but no contact from manager, just empty promises that they are on their way! 1st set of aligners didn't fit and cut my gums (they didn’t look anything like my models) they were sent back and new moulds were taken but still waiting. I had to contact the company as they took 3 pay instalments in one go! Shocking service, shocking products so be warned………
