I was concerned after reading some of the other reviews but I went ahead anyway. Everything’s been super straight forward, things have taken slightly longer than the suggested timeline but I’m happy with my purchase. My box arrived this morning containing all my aligners & the first ones fit perfectly. I’m looking forward to seeing my results over the coming months. Customer support has been excellent as well, very responsive to any questions asked.

Since July I'v paid monthly instalments until the last 2, I paid in full., My top aligner does not fit , could be myself inserting the mould for a minute rather than 3-5 minutes using a kit method . I had received my aligners. My lowest aligner fits well and the top right was a bit of a problem. The customer service is brilliant, at least the reply was at around evening time than not replying at all. I recommend this service to anyone. Seeing peoples reviews does not prove this service is bad.

I've finished my course of aligners which were received in the time scale quoted after i sent back the impression kit. Customer service has been great and I’m really pleased with the results, not much pain or discomfort whilst wearing them. I now have straight teeth and I'm really pleased with the results. I’d definitely recommend this company.

After what felt like a long 3 weeks of getting no where I eventually spoke to someone who was extremely helpful and talked me through how to fit the alingers on the top. Initially I thought they didnt fit as I couldn't get them on. The bottom ones were great and easy to fit but the top I thought no way would they fit but with a little guidance they are now in. The bottom row have already began to straighten after 3 weeks which im so happy about. Don't be put off by the negative reviews they will guide you and help you. Definitely worth trying and at a great price.

The customer service team was top-tier—every time I sent in progress photos wearing my aligners, someone responded quickly and reassured me to keep going. On top of that, the aligner quality was fantastic. They were smooth, comfortable, never needed any filing, and didn't hurt at all. I couldn't have asked for a better experience!
