DONT DO IT !!! Started off really well, good communication plenty of information so decided to go ahead and paid in full , received my aligners, and I was happy with the movement so far, , then I needed advice, no replies from phone or emails, this was a regular occurrence for them, then my teeth had come to a end but they were not straight so I contacted them to be told eventually after many emails and calls that I would have to pay for another 12 aligners at £625 , after I despited this I was told by someone called mat i could have it for half price, so still a extra £313 but ok, then they basically just stopped responding, so don’t have straight teeth and don’t have no answers, absolutely terrible customer service,

Not a premium customer experience but you're not paying for one
I have finally received and started my aligner kit and would rate my experience so far as a 2.5/5. It's not a scam, you do receive aligners in a nice kit but the company has made so many decisions to make you feel like you're being scammed it's baffling.
The first step in the process, getting the mould kit, is very easy and it arrived 5 days after I ordered it with an extra set of the mould for in case you make a mistake which I liked. They advertised on their website that if you return the mould kit within 3 days you get your £39 back which I also liked (terms apply, more on that later). Other reviews mention that they are not forthcoming with this refund and you need to chase for it (🚩red flag number 1) so I was going into the process knowing this. But that's probably why they can keep the prices low so fine, I'm not paying for a premium experience so I'm not getting one, I understand that. The savings compared to proper Invisalign is still great enough for me to stick around.
I return the moulds within the 3 days, and get my 3D plan 3 days later. You get a bombardment of emails and text messages over the next week saying "Action required: your plan will expire in 1 day!". My plan was set to expire in 1 day or today for 4 days (🚩red flag number 2). I purchase the plan a day and a half after receiving it, but the emails don't stop for another few days, again annoying but fine. I get an email confirming my order immediately. This was Feb 18th.
There's then radio silence. 7 days later I'm thinking I should have heard something by now. The website advertises that unlike Invisalign, this company has your aligners ready in 7 days (terms apply...), so I send an email Feb 25th asking for an update. I get a response within 2 minutes saying the real numbers are 7-10 working days to produce the aligners then 1-3 working days to dispatch them. If the website just advertised "get your aligners in less than 3 weeks!" I'd have been feeling fine, but I was hating the sliminess of it all at this point.
So I just wait. March 2nd I ask for another update, it's not been the whole 13 working days yet but I've not heard about the £39 refund yet either so I'm just looking for confirmation everything is progressing normally with my order. Silence. I send another email asking again for an update on both my order and the £39 refund on March 4th. Again no response (🚩). By March 5th it's been over 2 weeks since I placed my order, I scroll through all the negative reviews and I full on believe I have been scammed out of £800. I send an email saying if I don't hear anything by the following Monday (March 9th) I'll have to assume this is a scam and initiate a chargeback with my bank.
I get a call immediately from customer services. Friendly sounding chap letting me know that in the terms it actually says it will take up to 30 days to arrive and since that's in the terms the chargeback would result in them charging me a £199 fine (🚩). But not to worry because he can see my package has been shipped yesterday and I should get a tracking number from Royal Mail tonight (didn't happen). As for the £39 refund, although I returned the kit within the 3 days, and had my comprehensive check up from my dentist with X rays done within the past 6 months (one of the hidden terms), it actually also states in the terms that you also have to buy the aligners after receiving your 3D plan within 1 day (🚩) and I was half a day out. There are usually quite strict consumer laws in the UK about hiding key information in the one continuous paragraph of a terms and conditions page, so I had never experienced this before in my life. I have a defeated wee cry later that night and I email again stating my dissatisfaction with the general scamminess of it all, and get a response the next day that management will see if they might still be able to process the refund for me (hasn't happened).
I then do actually receive a DHL tracking number 2 days after the call. I'm so relieved because it's real! I've not been scammed! The box arrived (just under 3 weeks from ordering) and the kit looks very proper. The box it comes in is nice and it comes with a carry case for the aligners and some extra accessories. The first aligner fits great and if it weren't for all the slimy hidden terms, the thinly veiled threat of a fine and if they were just honest about the actual lead times on the website, this would be a 4 or 5 star experience so far. If you're on a tight budget and if you know you're not getting that £39 back and each step in the process will take longer than advertised, it still could be the right decision for you. Personally, in hindsight, I wish I had opted for Smile White instead and spent more to feel better taken care of but I'm going to see it though now and will update at the end!

Be careful!
I’ll just leave here the e-mail I sent them regarding the treatment plan they sent me to approve.

Hello,
I’m writing to you regarding the before and after treatment plan I received yesterday.
I believe there might be an issue with the moulds, as my teeth look different from what I could see in your video with the before and after simulation. I’d like another impression kit to redo the moulds.
Recently, I have had another consultation in person for invisilign treatment, and I’ll attach the photos I took from the screen.
What I received from you:
(Photo of their before and after simulation treatment plan, unfortunately there is no option to add photos here).
And how my teeth actually look like now:
(Before and after simulation treatment plan, done in person).
I’m a bit worried seeing the ‘before and after treatment plan’ I received from you, and wonder if you work with an orthodontist at all, as the line between my 2 front and lower teeth doesn’t align in your treatment plan.
More photos of how my teeth look like now:
(More photos of my teeth situation).
I look forward to receiving a reply from you.
Kind regards,
Olesea

Draw your own conclusions.
They issued me a refund for the impression kit, however, they still keep bothering me with emails and messages like this one:

Time is ticking! 🕒 Your personalized treatment plan is set to expire tomorrow. (Although my treatment plan had expired a few days ago, and then again yesterday, and now they seem to have extended it again).

OvernightSmile, please don’t bother me anymore with your emails and measages—is annoying! Thank you!
I usually don’t like to leave negative reviews as I’m a business owner myself and know how unpleasant and damaging is for a business to receive negative feedback from clients, however, I think this is a serious thing. I don’t want to think that others would approve and go ahead with a treatment plan like they sent me, just because they don’t know that the 2 upper and lower teeth have to form a vertical line. I wonder if they work with an orthodontist at all. I had hopes, as I read some positive reviews here about this company, however, unfortunately, I been dissapointed, and left a bit worried about their service.
Surely there was a problem with the moulds, for which I cannot blame them, yet they chose to go ahead and create a treatment plan regardless—which doesn’t speak about professionalism to me.

Poor Quality & Terrible Support
The product is just about okay, but it doesn’t perform the job properly or as advertised. What really ruined the experience was the customer service: absolutely rubbish. No help, no accountability, and no interest in resolving issues. I expected better, especially for something as important as dental care. Wouldn’t recommend.
Responding to your comments :
I’ve already provided all the necessary details — including emails, pictures, and full documentation — so it’s disappointing to see your response focused on questioning the validity of my review rather than addressing the actual issue. The product itself might have potential, but in the wrong hands — namely your customer service team — it becomes a frustrating experience. That’s precisely why I believe it’s not worth it. Instead of accountability or support, I’ve received deflection and delay. This kind of service is especially unacceptable when it comes to something as important as dental care.

We take all feedback very seriously, which is why we were surprised by your comments. We haven’t had a reply to our request for your name or order number, which makes it very difficult to verify the truth of your review or to help you efficiently. Our records show no order under this name, and no order number, email, or other contact details have been provided. We’re always happy to help resolve any issues — but we can only do so if we know who you are.
If you are a genuine customer, please respond to Trustpilot’s request for your name/order number or contact our support team directly at [email protected]. Without this, we’re unable to assist further.

7 days is a lie!!
I paid for these aligners in full in September 2024, I received my first aligner set 3 weeks later (even though they specify 7 days) but the top aligner didn't fit, it took them nearly 3 weeks to resend a new impressions kit out, I am now 8 weeks on from sending my new impressions kit and still don't have the new aligners... I have contacted them weekly with a manager "asigned" to my case yet nothing seems to be moving forward!! I recieved a call 2 weeks ago saying my aligners will be sent out by the end of the week but still nothing... And to top it off, they are now closed for Christmas so I won't be getting anything now till 2025, how they can advertise 7 days is beyond me!!

Unfortunately not worked for me
Unfortunately not worked for me and I wish I’d have paid the extra 1300 for the more well known teeth aligners out there. I’ve worn them every night for many months and can see no difference at all on the photos I have taken. I did speak to customer services but unless I get a refund there’s not much more they can say as they haven’t moved my teeth in the slightest.
Response from OvernightSmileSep 27, 2024
Dear Cheryl,
Thanks for your feedback. We are sorry you feel like the aligners have not worked for you. It is almost impossible for aligners to 'not work' so we are a little confused by this. We do note that you have only contacted us once since you started your aligner journey and not contacted us or checked-in after that. We did mention to you that to get the best results you need to check in with us. We also note you haven't sent in any progress photos for us to help or advise you.
We have a Treatment Outcome Guarantee to ensure you get the desired result but if you don't contact us at all, we will not know where you are at with your treatment and we are very limited in how we can help.
Please feel free to get in touch and we can assist you further.

The ads said I could have straight…
The ads said I could have straight teeth in no time, but this is taking forever. I’m not happy. Ive had them for 2 months now and only seen a little progress i thought i would be done by now!
