So far so good. Tray three and can see movement in teeth heading towards the right direction. For the price you pay you can't really complain.
Only thing I would say is the company hide a lot in the t&c such as advertising 7 day delivery but hidden in the T&c it says 30. So read those because it's not exactly as advertised. That's the reason for a star being removed.
However for the price they do the job

Ok so I had originally posted a review…
Ok so I had originally posted a review but I cannot find it now.
I was worried it was a scam but it wasn’t as item arrived today but it was nearly 30 working days. I’m going to break this down into two parts:
Product- this is a 5/5 so far. The moulds were super easy to do, it provided me with a really clear visual of my teeth that looked correct on their really cool cad illustration and the time it took to produce my custom plan was all under 5 days. The aligners that have arrived are of what seem to be high quality, fit perfectly and snug as you expect with the good sounding click as they go on. Cannot fault the company in this area and I have very high hopes for the end result.
Customer service and comms 1/5. This is the only drawback to the company. Ok so I had to wait almost 30 working days not the 7-10 and I did find that really frustrating and not because I couldn’t wait but more because they advertise everywhere including your sale recipe to expect them in 7-10 and so you do get your hopes up a bit and excited so every day after those initial 10 days is an absolute killer, esp if you’re impatient like me. I’d sooner the marketing said delivery within 30 days and then everyone getting them in 7-10 days would just be super happy and those in the 30 days still happy. I think they should also invest in a tracking portal or an app to keep customers informed throughout the journey of their aligners being made, this would reduce a lot of anxiety for most and probably halve the customer service admin hours.
Overall for the price… I genuinely cannot source this service cheaper so for that reason alone I rate the good.

I would recommend
I am nearly coming to the end of my Refinement aligners. My teeth were quite bad and it has taken 18 months for them to get to where I wanted them to be. I'm really pleased with the results. Overall I would recommend. Very easy plan to follow and the 24 hour live chat is a godsend.

Great value for money
Just finished my 24-week treatment. The end result is probably 95% of improvement of my teeth appearance (I didn't cheat and was wearing the aligners as directed). Overall, I'm pleased with the result. I liked it that the whole thing is done online and by post. No need to find time for appointments, driving somewhere... All information you need about the process is on the website.
I guess, if I went to an orthodontist the result could be better but then I would have paid much more.
You need to be prepared for a few adjustments to your lifestyle and comfort. But the result is worth it.
If you power through your first set it gets better.
To start with, I had uncontrollable non-stop salivating for the first 2 days. The cheeks from inside were scratched for a few days (while your mouth gets used to new way of 'operating'). Sore teeth when biting into something more or less hard - this happened almost every time at the start of using a new set. And the speech was affected for the most of the time I was wearing the aligners. It gets better with each set but you're very aware there is something in your mouth. Brushing and flossing 3 times a day can be tiring! I stopped snacking between meals completely, not even tea or coffee, only 3 meals a day.
It certainly wasn't that easy and simple, but I now can smile with confidence.

Felt risky but paid off! Honest review with tips.
It felt like a risk going ahead with Overnight smile- but I'm glad I took it. I had been looking into straightening my teeth with aligners for a while, having had braces in the past but then letting my teeth move again having lost my retainer.
The £800 cost point really did seem too good to be true, especially when no one else comes near this, but I did my research, read as many reviews as possible, and decided that I'd take the risk.
The mould kit came within a couple of days (£39 cost, that is refunded when returned within 3 days) and I immediately completed and returned.
I was also surprised (as stated by another review on here) to find out I had to go ahead within 3 days, but did so anyway.
The aligners arrived within a week or so, they fitted well, and I'm now on my third set with noticeable improvements made already.
In addition to the going ahead within 3 days surprise, I have also had to chase quite a bit for my £39 refund, however this has now been refunded and every time I enquired using their website chat, someone has responded instantly. I'm sure I annoyed them by messaging every week, but we got there in the end.
Some tips-
-The delay in the £39 refund was because I used paypal, however for the security and not trusting them at this point, that's what I chose. They found a workaround for me and I now have the refund.
-You only get the refund, AND the £800 price (marginally more otherwise) if you pay for the aligners in one go. To manage the cost but still get the lower price, I decided to use my monzo flex (pay in 3). This meant I could still get the reduced cost whilst spreading the payment.
-I have not spoken to anyone other than once on the phone regarding my refund. They were very nice. But some people mention speaking to dentists / orthodontists, and they do market this in their website. I'm not too bothered by this because everything seems to have gone well so far. I have no doubt if I asked for this I would get it, so just be aware you might have to chase if required.
- Their website states you only need to wear overnight, but the paperwork that came with the aligners says a minimum of 21 hours a day. TBH because they aren't as thick as a retainer, and I want them to work as quickly as possible, I've just worn it whenever I'm not eating, but possibly something for others to be aware of. They aren't overnight- they are all the time.
-Arrives in a nice box, but again, you need to look carefully for the numbers on the packaging and use your initiative that 1 is the first and R is the last (retainer). Might seem obvious but you do have to look for it. I assume you only have to wear the retainer overnight once the programme is complete, but no one has actually told me that.
-Even after paying I continued to receive "Go ahead ow" emails, and was concerned they had not received my order. Again, I messaged the chat to check, and they reassured me straight away.
Hope this helps any potential customers of overnight smile as I know I was wary at first- so far seems like excellent value for money, and I'll update this review accordingly should anything change.
Looking forward to having straight teeth again!

I purchased the overnight clear braces…
I purchased the overnight clear braces on recommendation from my friends and work and have not looked back. Found it tough in the beginning but got used to them and got only 2 months left but they look so so much better.
