I will continue to do business with this company. The SUP pump we bought works great! The attachment on the pump broke. I called the company. Spoke with a real person and he advised me to email my concerns to their product support team. I emailed on Friday and the issue was resolved by Sunday. A new part is being shipped to me. All this occurred over a holiday weekend. I’m so impressed and grateful for the service I received! Thank you so very much! Kristine

Ordered a SUP pump and forgot to apply the discount at checkout. Emailed the company who responded really quickly and refunded the discount amount. No quibble. The pump arrived quickly and the customer service outstanding. I felt like a valued customer which is so rare these days.

I have to revise my bad experience from a couple of days ago. The customer service team is doing a great job to resolve the issues with the late delivery of the SUP pump (thanks Iris). My issue is taken serious! Hopefully I will receive the shipment in a couple of days :-) Looking forward to inflate the standup paddle with an automatic pump soon.

Outdoor Masters customer service and product quality is simply top notch and is a brand you can trust. Think back to the time when companies are there really for customers and there’s a trusting relationship where you know you’d get your money worth and the service and respect as a customer, that’s what this company is about. I have been buying ski goggles and helmets from them for several tats, recommended them to my friends Ava relatives and whenever we get our sizing wrong, Outdoor master will help return and replace the right fitting products for us! I’m rating my experience with contacting the company for support. I bought the SUP pump a little over a year ago and the last time I tried to use it, it wouldn’t inflate the board. I thought it was out of warranty because I’d seen conflicting info 1 year vs 2 years. I contacted the company and they responded quickly asking for more info such as a video to troubleshoot what wasn’t working and a copy of the sales slip. I ended up figuring out the problem (hose parts came loose and just needed to be tightened). But, I appreciate a company willing to stand behind their product and potentially help me fix or replace the item.
