I ordered a glass coffee table...
I ordered a glass coffee table and the glass initially had a defect in the top, I contacted our boat House.com and they immediately replaced and shipped a new top, no questions asked! Very happy with the product and their service, would highly recommend!

Excellent experience
Delivery service was fantastic. Helpful, kind, timely. We love the sofas. So far, good quality, look fantastic. I had an excellent experience at Our Boathouse and would highly recommend them.

EXCELLENT quality and customer service …
EXCELLENT quality and customer service from Our Boat House. The nautical rug colors are even more vibrant than I had ever thought they would be. Just beautiful and top quality. It adds a nice touch to my beach themed lakehome. I will definitely purchase from Our Boat House again and again!

Customer service :(
I thought the product was fine but it does not fit where I wanted to put it (it's a rug). I've asked for a return authorization and have heard nothing back. I would not recommend
