The furniture is amazing however
The furniture is amazing. However the communication is obsolete...after making my purchase and receiving an email receipt, I received zero communication. When I reached out on several occasions, I did receive a response that the furniture would be delivered in March (4 months after purchase). The furniture never arrived and I was not contacted. Again, I had to reach out twice before receiving a response to let me know that was delayed. Then a third delay. Finally, received the pieces. Again, the furniture is very nice...but this company needs to communicate with its customers. For many months, I did not know if I would ever see the furniture that I spent $2400 on.

Product was filthy!
The service was great, however, the balls came in filthy. Looks like they have been sitting in a warehouse for years. I will have to scrub all five before I can even display them in our new home.

Purchased lamps however still waiting…
Purchased lamps however still waiting for our new lampshades almost 6 weeks with no followup until I called them. Still waiting.

Jury still out on this review as we…
Jury still out on this review as we have not received nor expect our furniture to arrive anybtime soon. Nice store for the coastal look, non pushy and helpful staff BUT...our first visit to the store we were greeted and explained how they work. "turn around for a custom order is 5 weeks" was in the first one minute of our greeting. We ordered and paid in full for 3 items and told 6 weeks maximum on order. Well, its been over 6 weeks and we are now hopeful to receive our furniture in the next 5 weeks. Would never have ordered had we known this..my personal thought is that the order was likely not submitted at the time I ordered it. At this point we are just hopeful that the furniture meets our expectations. I feel the company misrepresents the time factor.

We apologize for the confusion in our staff communicating the turn around time for custom orders. The timing varies based on the collection and current back log at the manufacturer. Typically the average is 4-6 weeks but it does vary based on various factors. We are confidant that you will love your furniture and we look forward to your feedback at that time. Great furniture/poor customer service
I love the furniture. Quality is great. Customer service was not. Order took much longer than I was told and staff was rude when I called several times to check on it. I was given a specific delivery time months out and arranged to take time off work to be at our beach home to accept delivery. I was never contacted about the delay and then ultimately had to pay someone to be on site to receive the furniture.

Love all items on your site
Love all items on your site. The problem is they are all very expensive. I can find all your items much cheaper on other sites. Lower your prices and become competitive.

Really nice selection of products but …
Really nice selection of products but the merchandise is very overpriced. Most items can be found on other sites for less $$.
