Great customer service
I was very happy with my purchase. I bought a large mirror and it arrived on time with no damage. I even received a follow up call from the Boathouse to make sure everything was satisfactory.

I recently bought two lamps
I recently bought two lamps. They were exactly as described, arrived damage free and are perfect. I highly recommend Our Boathouse.

Loved the product
Loved the product, it came super fast and they refunded me a credit for their sale that I couldn't figure out - great service, would definitely recommend and will absolutely order again!

Perfect Chandelier-Galleon
I absolutely love my new beach house Chandelier! There was some damage during shipping which the Boat House took care of immediately and shipped me a new light. The customer service is unbeatable and I would highly recommend the Boat House for all of your needs!

Great furniture/poor customer service
I love the furniture. Quality is great. Customer service was not. Order took much longer than I was told and staff was rude when I called several times to check on it. I was given a specific delivery time months out and arranged to take time off work to be at our beach home to accept delivery. I was never contacted about the delay and then ultimately had to pay someone to be on site to receive the furniture.
