Good quality sofas
The only reason I gave them 4 stars because they brought the wrong sofa the first time. But quickly exchanged it and I’m very happy! Christina was great to work with.

The product I purchased was exactly as…
The product I purchased was exactly as pictured and I am very happy with it. This review would have been a 5 if I had been contacted by Our Boat House regarding the shipment to me rather than my having to ask them if they had shipped.

Hi Elaine, We sent you the tracking information for your order on Monday, May 3rd. I realize you had reached out on May 1st but our customer service hours are Monday-Friday 8AM-5PM. The label for your shipment was created over the weekend. We sent you the tracking information as soon as we possibly could. Service was excellent. I would like to see additional high end accent pieces that are not so boat related. A little less twine.

I have ordered from your company before…
I have ordered from your company before but this time, it look a very long time to get here. We understand that shipping from anywhere is delayed because of COVID, but it would have been nice to have the delay communicated.

Love my slip covered furniture
Love my slip covered furniture - except the covers a just a tad too tight. Wish they were 1/2 inch looser across the back. Everyone is very nice and helpful.
